If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I came here because I heard good things about the food, but honestly, the entire experience was such a frustrating disaster that whatever food they serve can’t make up for how badly this restaurant is run.
First off, the wait times here are absolutely ridiculous. I don’t mean “a little slow because they’re busy” — I mean painfully, unreasonably slow. You can stand around for what feels like forever waiting for an order that should take minutes, not half an hour or more. They don’t seem to have any system in place to keep things organized, and it shows.
To make things worse, they have this habit of just calling out orders without checking names or receipts. I literally saw multiple people walk up, grab bags, and walk off — only for someone else to realize a few minutes later that their food was gone because it was handed to the wrong person. That’s not just inconvenient, it’s careless. If you’re running a restaurant, the bare minimum should be making sure customers get the food they actually paid for.
The chaos doesn’t end there. There’s no seating to wait comfortably, and there’s zero sense of order or coordination. People crowd around, confused and frustrated, trying to figure out if their food is ready. Employees don’t seem to be in sync, so you’ll see staff bumping into each other, forgetting who ordered what, and just generally looking overwhelmed. It feels less like a restaurant and more like standing in a disorganized line at an understaffed carnival booth.
I can understand if a place is popular and busy, but “busy” shouldn’t mean “disorganized.” Other breakfast spots manage to serve a crowd while still keeping track of orders and respecting customers’ time. Here, you get the complete opposite: a mess of long waits, mismanaged orders, and a general sense that nobody is really in charge.
By the time my order finally came out, I was so irritated that I couldn’t even enjoy it. And honestly, after watching the staff hand food to random people without double-checking, I wasn’t even sure the meal was mine. That’s a terrible feeling to have after wasting so much time and money.
Save yourself the frustration — there are plenty of better breakfast places out there that actually value their customers and know how to run a restaurant. Fluffy Fluffy is not worth...
Read moreI was so excited to get a fluffy pancake place in Orlando. Just to be insanely disappointed. This business does not have its priorities right.
You will see it over and over again in the reviews, they only care about social media and that is true.
We are here waiting for our food and they are filming content on a busy Sunday afternoon. They should focus on word of mouth rather than social media views.
They care more about being popular than the customers that keep their business open. It is obvious even in the design. There is minimal seating, the A/C is ineffective, it is hot inside, drinks are subpar and food service is slow. They don't even have holders for the forks and spoons. The utensils are simply splayed out on a small wooden platter to be touched by everyone. The staff are busy making content rather than making food.
This place is a total let down. We arrived at 3:20, ordered food at 3:51 and we are still waiting for food. Order 2 hours in advance if you plan on coming or be a influencer and they will prioritize your food for content. What a shame.
This will be my last time eating here. Time is now 4:45 and we just got our food. Had the tiramisu pancake. Took a bite, has a weird metallic taste to it the sauce was on top was great but the pancake was lacking. I see why this place has a 3.0 on yelp and such a low grade on Google.
I hope that things turn around here, it has so much potential but priorities are wrong. We had high hopes just to be let down.
Also ordered the creme Brule. What can I say, these people either do not think or lack the aptitude to use simple common sense.
The creme Brule can not be ordered to go. They say it is because they have to use fire to burn the sugar. This is by far the most idiotic thing I have ever heard in my life. I ordered it and asked for a Togo box and they gave it to me. Which means obviously you can make this to go. They either lack common sense to realize what I just did or just don't want to do it.
If you made it this far into my review and you are still considering...
Read moreWe went to Fluffy Fluffy on Thursday, at the request of our daughter, for her 11th Birffday! We thought it would be fun and delicious. Unfortunately, they were out of almost everything we asked for. They were out of most ice cream, including vanilla. They were out of macrons, all things matcha, and a few other things! My wife ordered a hot green tea! They were out of GREEN TEA!!! I understand it was the day after CHRISTmas, but if you don't have 75%+ of your menu available, why open? Here is the crazy part! We all ordered, what we could find available. Our oldest daughter's came out in just a few minutes. The rest of ours took 25 to 35+ minutes, coming out sporadic! The Birffday girls was second to last to come out, after 30 something minutes, and it was raw in the middle! All the rest of ours were cooked through. We were the only ones in there! Another lady and two girls came in after us. The tables were dirty and we had to clean them off ourselves. My mother inlaw and daughter's went to the bathroom. There were NO paper towels to dry their hands. My mother inlaw told the lady, and she said they were totally out of paper towels, so she couldn't refill it! Besides our Birffday girls order being raw in the middle, the other fluffy pancakes were delicious. Well the, the flavors we could order, because they had the ingredients in stock. The presentations were great too. It was a bad first experience for us, and it was our daughter's choice for her Birffday lunch with her friends and family. I'm not even going to get into the girl working the register! The crazy thing is, there is an amazing Asian grocery store next door (they actually share the same parking lot) were they could have bought a lot of the ingredients they were out of! Especially green tea and matcha! I go to the grocery store (Phoc Loc Tho) all the time, and love it! Try this place at...
