Unfortunately, I had a negative experience at this location because of the positive reviews I saw posted.

I first called ahead to find out what the latest time they take someone for a fill and pedicure to make sure I could get there on time. I was told 7-7:30pm would be a good window for me to come in. When I first got to this location, I was on time arriving a little before 7:30pm and there were two ladies inside. One was attending to another client, while the other one was on their phone and didn't acknowledge I had walked in. The nail tech taking care of the other client asked me if I was the one that called and I said yes. So, she told me I would need to wait a few minutes and pick out my color in the meantime, just like normal places. I voiced that I already knew what color, gel polish, shape, design, etc. She then told the other tech that was on her phone something in their language. She then directed me to the chairs to sit down and begin my pedicure. I simply wanted a pedicure, cut down, and regular polish change. when rubbing my legs, she applied too much pressure, which hurt, she almost cut my big toe while cutting my nails because she went to deep, and when polishing my toes she had to have the other nail tech stop working on her client and correctly polish my big toes. During that time I felt uncomfortable because the other women was watching my feet with impatience as the two nail techs attended to me .

Then, it was time to do my finger nails which made me feel a little better because the tech who fixed my toe nail polish was working on my finger nails and I figured they would be taken care of better. This nail tech was the manager and she was nice, and we had good conversation however, she took extremely long. I didnt leave their nail salon until 10:45pm, which was a huge inconvenience for my family and my two year old. The average amount of time I normally spent to get my finger and toe nails done doubled at this location. Overall, I am not happy with how my nails came out. I will never go to this location again or recommend them to anyone.

I ONLY CAME HERE BECAUSE OF THE PROXIMITY AND...

Giving one star for several reasons. I just moved to area and I’m a frequent customer at nail salons because my job requires me to have beautiful nails. So I always have really long beautiful Stiletto nails, I had grown out my real nails a lot, about an inch in length, and had acrylic on top. I went in and asked for a fill, she started filing the top without even clipping the acrylic first then slid the electric file up towards my finger cutting me, and didn’t even apologize. The she said do I want to go a little shorter, I said yeah I’ll go a little shorter, she cut my pinky and asked if it was good and I said yes. Then cut all my other fingers extremely short in a hurry. When I say extremely short I mean my 1 inch nails are less than half their original size. So I told her that it is too short now and I won’t be able to achieve the stiletto look without it looking weird and claw like now. So she said she will cut it off and give me a fake tip. Only my pinky and ring fingers were the right length so she starts using a tip to take off my acrylic, very painfully. After 2 nails I told her she needed to soak them because it was too painful. Then she could not follow instructions and did not give me anything close to what I asked for. I wanted to leave but like I said I have to have my nails nice for work tomorrow and it was already too late to go to a different salon. Then she tells me it’s going to be 90$ and says it’s because I got “full set” “long tips” etc.. when I didn’t ask for that I only asked for a fill it’s not my fault she chopped my REAL nails off! Now I’m stuck with these ugly nails and my real nails are gone and my underneath is damaged from her ripping the acrylic off. I paid the 90$ but will never be back here. I encourage you to go somewhere else. And in the other reviews they said something about foil fingers and that they would stop but I saw them going that to another woman! Horrible technicians they need to go...

Worst customer service ever , the prices might be on target, but the service is cheap.I was visiting my best friend for a day and had to leave town later .when we entered waited at least a good 20 minutes. The lady was in the back having lunch and we understood . So we waited catching up. The lady came back to us explaining the prices . She wasn't confident in doing ingrown toenails but said her boss should be back soon. After we told her we were both to get pedicure and manicure, she said fine . Now you have to know it was just me and my friend waiting. No other customers. So it was getting around 4pm , we had been their around 2ish . And I had to leave to get my daughter from work. So we agreed I would get my simple basic manicure . I did and before I left there was a repeat guest that arrive. The lady started to seat 5his person before my friend and my friend said. Excuse me ma'am. The customer ignored her . My friend who is a lady and well mannered said again so the person can understand she was next. The lady knows these owners and snapped at my friend that we will see what they decide. I told her not to speak to my friend that way. She was snotty and could careless. When Julie the manager arrived and I told her my friend has been waiting and it is her turn. Julie did take my friend to do her manicure with gel and design. I came back from picking my daughter up and the prior rude customer had heard I wanted my pedicure and jumped ahead of me . Wow, no care about the new customers that could have brought business, but after getting cold water to soak and a broken chair they knew about...well this place is wrong in so many ways !!!!...
