This IS NOT a shopping center like Waterford Lakes. This is NOT a mall. This IS a corner lot that houses a Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market, Chase Bank, Dollar Store, a Dunkin Donuts, Subway, and about 10 other small stores/services that are constantly changing because the LOCATION is terrible. I've lived in this area of Orlando, Southeast, a long time. It is continuing to grow and change. This is one of those constantly changing areas in the attempts to compensate for the 'BIGGER and BETTER' consumer market.
