Been here several times, there's a lady with shorter red brown hair who does a great job. Friendly and knows how to build the wraps. I'd give the visit I had w her 5 stars. 2 stars is because I took my daughter today waited in line for a long time then girl with a long dark pony tail (pulled into a messy bun) did not know how to build the signature wrap. I asked, nicely if it is supposed to have double meat (it is I order it every time we go to subway) she told me no it doesn't. So when I read the sign tti her that says it's a "footlong worth of meat on the signature wrap" she still insists that's wrong and asks the coworker who tells her it's 8 pieces of turkey not 6. Ok, she gives me a dirty look and adds the meat. Then asks if I want cheese I say "cheddar please" she doesn't add the cheese. She then asks about toppings and proceeds to pot the toppings down before the meat, I ask "isn't the meat supposed to go on before the lettuce, tom and pickles?" She says "NO" with an additude and a dirty look so I then just stopped asking for things bc she made us so uncomfortable. She still didn't add the cheese and I didn't even want to mention it at that point bc she's been so rude thru the entire order. The wrap was ok, but it wasn't finished without the cheese. The employees attitude was nasty and she clearly doesn't know how to build the signature wraps. I will come here again and order depending on who is behind the counter. Read moreNot the best experience. I was in line, 3 ahead of me a family. Took order, I'm not loud but it was loud in there from others in line, employees etc so had to yell my order. There's at least 4 people behind counter helping so everything is going fine until I noticed girl grab meat that looked small, no cutting. No biggie, this could be it but whatever. Got my toppings ok, mine was done no toasting. Mom tells cashier she was paying for her & the other 2. Paid and left, one stayed for toppings while I waited @ pickup or cash reg. 3 employees walked by, while I waited. Then, cashier woman apologized for my wait, and stated "she had no idea what was going on" Ok, but if employees weren't so distracted by whoever, and communication skills were better no apologies needed just change some behavior. I also had to ask for a napkin since I didn't get one while she smacked my cup down on the counter. Main complaint is the meat as you can see is 1 slice on cold cut now? Luckily I was hungry so anything was better than nothing...but still...
Read moreFirst let me tell you about the sandwich: I had put that I wanted extra on veggies, I was given three strands of each vegetable. I put LESS on the sauces, and they drenched the subs. I had put for extra tuna, and they gave 3 balls of tuna, which is less, as it is supposed to be 4 balls of tuna.
Next, let's talk on speed: It took them 45 minutes from when I ordered the subs to when I received them.
Next lets talk attitude: I complained at the store, and they laughed and said that is how they make them too bad.
Best part coming: I sent contact us complaints, and the first one they answered with a form letter, saying they would speak to the staff. Nothing of remakes, nothing of refunds, nothing of even a discount on next visit. I sent a second one essentially pointing out the customary expectations a person would have in this situation. no response... totally ignored.
I then sent a third stating I will take it to my bank as a dispute. Also ignored.
