We recently purchased a pre-owned boat from Big Thunder. The service and attention to detail was top notch. I would highly recommend working with Colton, Blake and the entire team. Amazing communication throughout the entire process. After the sale, the service continued. We were waiting on the installation of our boat lift and Colton launched the boat from the Glen Cove Marina on two separate occasions. In addition, the guys at Wake Effects Pro Shop set us up with everything we needed to enjoy our new boat. The service didn't end there. Rick and Mark in the maintenance department made it extremely easy to set up appointments for scheduled maintenance—oil change and winterization. They even offer pickup and drop off services. I bought a boat from Big Thunder, site unseen, Living in New York, I wanted a nice used lake boat so I called Big Thunder, and left them a message. A fellow by the name of Ed Champion called me back and asked me few questions about what I wanted, and we went through his Inventory boat by boat. He could not of been more patient with me was extremely honest and told me things about each boat pro and cons. So we finally found the right boat that I was looking for I sent the deposit and Ed went to work.
