WFO Watersports — Attraction in Osage Beach

If you have limited or no experience riding a boat, WFO Watersports is the best spot. We were a group of five with almost no experience... when we retuned the boat and were leaving the shop, we were super happy and satisfy because everything was above our expectations. These guys are knowledgeable and kind. They answered all of our questions with patience and helped us with every single point. (from how to start the engine to handle an emergency situation if occurs). We had a Deck boat which was very fuel efficient... think about it, we had it for more than 4 hours and we burned 11 gallons of gas! We were a bit early and they had the boat ready for us (this is exactly what you would expect from someone who is passionate about his/her business). I know Dave is the owner who is a super nice guy - we made a mistake when we were riding the boat, and he was cool with that (he could blame and charge us but he said that the issue is simply a bad design - wow such a nice businessman... he made our day). The last 3 years we’ve been going to the Ozarks for our family vacation and we’ve pick WFO Watersports for boat rentals all 3 years! Each year we get a tritoon for our large family (6 adults, 2 teens and 4 littles), and it fits us pretty comfortably. WFO provides it all: life jackets, tubes, skis, lily pads, boats, jet skis and gas! They have ice cream, rubber ducks that they give to each kiddo to take on their boat adventure, and a little dispenser with food so the kiddos can feed the catfish. All around our experiences with WFO always surpasses our expectations! I was nervous driving the jet ski in to dock it, however, one of crew members was able to talk me through the whole process with ease. The whole crew is kind and knowledgeable with any and all lake or watercraft questions we had! We will definitely be visiting WFO again...

I rented a boat from them this morning and we had a couple issues with the boat. Left us stranded. However, this company went above and beyond to make sure we were compensated for and taken care of.

First off, they refunded all of the money for the rental and equipment. They packed us a "snackle-box" full of snacks and goodies for our troubles. Then offered a free boat ride and jetskis the following morning, which I have decided to take them up on!

I understand stuff happens and it takes a lot to own up to it and try and make it right. Well, I have to say that WFO will definitely take care of their customers no matter the situation. Whenever I come back, I'll be sure to only rent from them! They have my business for...
