I needed a replacement car key and ordered it online since I can program it to my car. I stopped in to have it cut and was told, oh we don’t do that, that’s from Amazon or somewhere. You have to buy our key. So instead of them making a few bucks they eliminated a potential customer permanently. I drove over to Batteries Plus and they cut my key, it works and they didn’t even charge me. Isn’t the idea behind a hardware store to help do it yourself people? Ace wanted $180 dollars for a key that I paid $17, nope.

While wandering through the store I noticed their snow blowers were priced the same as the one I was looking at at the dealer. while Matt was showing me the snowblower he offered to deliver it that day for free if I was interested. $99 was the cheapest the other dealer was willing to deliver it for.
