Contacted Issac about a week ago to set up an appointment due to my after market backup camera would not work (only showing a black image while in reverse). Issac quickly diagnosed the issue quickly - not only did the camera stop working, but the feed connecting the camera to my Alpine INE-W970HD head unit was pinched when it was installed.

Issac had not only professionally installed a nice Alpine backup camera on a nice license Alpine license frame, he also readjusted and reaimed my new camera, cleaned up the messy wiring behind my head unit, and rerouted my USB cable from my glove box to underneath the trim covering the head unit.

Isaac did a great job on a Kenwood DMX47S install on my daughters Frontier. Extremely happy with the head unit, and the install looks perfect. All trim pieces were fitted properly and have a factory appearance. Even tho I can't see how the wiring looks behind the head unit... I'm confident he did a professional job back there too (judging by all the pictures he has posted of his work). I may have a future project of adding a DSP to my current system, and he will be the first person I go to when I'm ready. I would highly recommend Sound Off Customs for any car audio or auto accessory upgrades.
