Absolutely awful experience. Never go here if you want an ear piercing. The guy who did mine didn’t know what he was talking about when it came to cleaning the new piercing, and gave me too short of a bar so I had to go to urgent care just to get it cut out. Genuinely awful experience and I wouldn’t even tell my worst enemy to go here, unless I want them dead from infection. How this place is still open, I don’t know. You’re better off going literally anywhere else in the world. Hell, Claire’s would have been better. Especially given how a simple lobe piercing cost me $60

Edit: To add onto this, now that it's been 10 days since I went. I ended up having to spend $160 to get the embedded earrings OUT of my ear and new ones put in. I ended up in an urgent care because they were so swollen and starting to get infected. The next shop I went to, to get them out said the owner (who is the one who pierced me) did them WAY too tight and they were way to small. It was a disaster waiting to happen. Its a miracle this place is...

Update; my daughter has a problematic nose...I can't say enough good things about this place! They truly take care of their customers..Phil is absolutely the best! I will definitely be going back, hopefully not for my daughters nose lol.

My daughter and I came in to get our nose peirced and they were great! Very friendly. When my daughter had an accident and her was pulled out, he had me rush her up there eager to assist. We even took my friend to get her done, and will be going back in the next couple weeks for a small tattoo! Glad I found this place and their hours...

I went there over a year ago to get a septum piercing. He pierced it in the wrong spot. After a year of multiple infections and non stop pain hoping it was just my nose that was the problem, I took it out and you can really see that it's in the wrong spot. I DREW A RED DOT ROUGHLY WHERE IT SHOULD'VE BEEN PIERCED. I circled the piercing hole.

The place was filthy and the man never washed his hands prior to piercing me. They still reeked of cigarettes. It was an impulsive decision for $50 so I thought whatever, but this man should not be piercing people....
