Biggby Coffee — Restaurant in Owosso

I come here time to time and usually have no issues, but last night (6/30 @ 6pm) really rubbed me the wrong way when I ordered a decaf iced coffee, but was charged for a latte. the chick at the window looked at me confused because I complained that y'all charged me for a latte and not an iced coffee... which is cheaper. no offer of a refund at all. when I asked about it I was told "well, it's just a couple bucks difference", like that helps?

I don't care if it was $.50. I paid for a latte that I didn't order, which is expensive in itself ($7.41 at that). you can't just charge what you want and call it good.

4/11/25 seriously, you all need to learn the difference between an ICE COFFEE and a LATTE. thought I'd give it another go and was disappointed yet again being given and charged for a latte when I CLEARLY order an iced coffee. I don't want a 16 ounce cup of milk. I want coffee....
