Crystal is super legit.

AWESOME customer service.. was kind, and understanding, even when I was being rather picky I suppose, about a sub... she STILL, treated me with kindness, and basic human civility.. and I really appreciate her for that.

The sandwich I asked her to remake for me.... was phenomenal... and so was her grace, in handling a picky customer.

Thank you Crystal, genuinely appreciate being able to have "my sandwich" "my way", and your just overall kindness, in the process of dealing with, again, a pretty picky person.

Id give this place 6 stars if they'd let...

Very poor customer service i ordered online and was very disappointed, the person was very rude kept saying well if noone complained I'd have lettus. Ordered lettus but didn't even bother to call and say there's no lettus instead mixed mayo and sweet onion sauce together yuk then told me that she usually doesn't replace subs if they screw it up. What a joke. Will not return and I will not reccomend going here until she learns customer service. The...

I like going here. Always fast and friendly. The Walmart location can be a wait because of the volume of business but here I'm usually only behind 2-3 people and the staff works quickly. Only knock I can give it is that I tend to get in right after open and sometimes selection is limited because they're still setting up (e.g., cookies are usually empty at open and sometimes meatballs...
