Got bard for asking for beer on ice and to turn up the jute box to many time, And for 2 months iv been the one to tell customer it's time to go & then when 1 minute is left I tellvthem you got 1 minute to get out because I'm locking the front door in q minute, so if you want out the front yo need to go , & I stand at the front door and they file out, and by the time I turn around they are already gone , people listen to me because I'm right, and I tell them if Tim walked in he'd be pissed & that's a fact. I have been going to this bar for quite a few years now. Now that im getting over 30 i dont go as ofte because the bar isnt as fun anymore. The food is always great there, but lately when i have been there, a fight breaks out and completely wrecks the mood and makes you not want to go back there again. I hadnt been there in i would say 4 months or so, i was there for a friends birthday and what do you know, a fight breaks out. Something has to be done about the drunk fights in there. I've eaten at Rainbow before and their bar burgers are very tasty. My gripe is that the staff REFUSES to acknowledge non regulars (stood for way too long, blatantly ignored for over 10 mins at the bar, 2 tables in the whole place). Management... please tell your staff that a simple "I'll be right with you" goes a long way and a person will tend to be more patient to wait.
