Hot tub review…To be fair, their repairman is fantastic, and their prices on chemicals are as good or better than anywhere else. That’s about the end of the positivity. The store in Ozark is great but your hot tub repairs are ran out of the corporate store. Guess what? That isn’t the Ozark store. That’s a problem. Everyone at the corporate office doesn’t do their job, besides the repairman. I’ve owned my tub 14 months and it still is not complete. I bought a showroom model, so therefore some parts were broken or blemished, or broke got dented during shipment to my house, but they said they’d order parts and that showroom models have same warranty. There was also an issue with Caldera inventory to where my tub needed notable repairs to function properly due to an assembly line issue and the wrong pumps being installed. Not only did Jeff the repair guy figure it out, they quickly made the repairs under warranty. So as far as keeping your tub functional Jeff is the man. HOWEVER…finishing the customer experience was not on the to do list for the rest of them. Corporate office ordered the wrong steel trim piece(showroom floor dented) took 3 months to come in and then they figured out on site it was the wrong trim. Months later correct trim came in and was installed. My cover to the filter housing was broken, and a lounge cushion had a tear. I spoke to a few folks at corporate, those will be ordered. I call a few months later…oh we didn’t order it, let’s blame the Ozark store. Ozark store says corporate office handles that. A-few months later I speak with Charlotte and she says they are ordered. Nope….I go to Ozark store and have them call corporate store…They claim they are on it…NOPE…few months later I speak with Carol…the boss….who says never fear I’ll take care of it, this is like 4-6 weeks ago as of this post. I can do it next Tuesday the part is in, I can order you a cushion for the lounge those are in stock that will be easy. In all fairness, I tell Carol not this Tuesday but next Tuesday, as we were leaving for vacation. Now I’m writing this review 4 Tuesdays after that Tuesday. Maybe she meant “Tuesdays Gone” or “Goodbye Ruby Tuesday.” So I go up to Ozark store today, AGAIN, and they call Corporate. Parts are in. They’ve been in, do you want them to ship them to us up here at the Ozark store?…..yes please. Caldera is a great tub. We love it. We love everything about it. We will love it more once it’s finally complete and what we paid for. I’m sure some folks don’t have issues. For me, once my tub is out of warranty, I’ll find service elsewhere, and that’s unfortunate. Unless awesome Jeff gives me his number but he won’t, which is understandable, and still...

Summary: They took 8 weeks, never got our furniture, and tried to pass off the floor model as new. We ended up getting a full refund and did not get any furniture.
We ordered a England sectional on 9/18/2015 from Missouri Furniture during a sales event. We were told how wonderful England was and that our sectional would be delivered in 4 weeks or less.
A month later I started calling to inquire about our sectional. Each time I spoke with someone the story was exactly the same. They would say "Hmmm, that should have been delivered by now. I'll have to talk with my manager, Matt. I'll call you back when I know something. Deliveries are on Tuesday, so if it isn't in, it should be here next Tuesday". I never got a call back, not once.
Finally on 11/10/15, I called at noon and heard the same story, so I called back at 4pm to check if anything had changed. I was told, "Oh yeah Matt said you would probably be able to pick that up tomorrow". Since I needed to rent a trailer, I asked the salesman to confirm they had the sectional. He said again, "Yeah, yeah, you should be able to pick it up tomorrow". Interestingly enough, it was a Tuesday when I was talking to him, so since the deliveries on on Tuesday, I would assume they would know what was in their inventory.
When I went to the store on 11/11/15 to confirm the sectional was there, I first walked to where the floor model was. It was gone. I asked the salesman about it, and he said "We don't have that one anymore". We walked back to the warehouse, where I saw the sectional wrapped with bubblewrap. It looked odd, like they had done it on-site, not like what a factory would do to ship it. He unwrapped one piece and I saw that it did not have the pillows that we ordered. Instead the pillow fabric was what was on the original floor model. Also tags were missing (like they had pulled off the sale tag, but forgot to take off the little plastic string). I told the saleman that this was not the sectional we ordered that the pillows were wrong. He crossed checked the order and saw that the pillow fabric was not right and said, "If you want to take the sectional we can order the pillows". I believe they wrapped up the floor model to fool us into thinking it was new furniture. That's when I kindly asked for my money back.
I WILL NEVER SET FOOT INSIDE MISSOURI...
Read moreWe’ve been shopping for a while for the right furniture. My guidelines - I do my homework, but I also fully expect the company and the sales rep to know their products and listen to our needs. We recently stopped by Missouri Furniture after a long day of shopping the day after Presidents Day. While there are furniture sales constantly, we’ve seen some sakes better than others
We met Tyler Dazey shortly after walking in
1 - we truly appreciated Tyler’s no pressure and consultative approach 2 - Tyler listened - didn’t push an agenda / asked about our timeline / how soon we needed our furniture , etc 3 - after carefully listening to our wish list / heckled us to a FkexSteel Linden couch - Tyler didn’t know we owned a set of FkexSteel couches and that we had stopped at Missouri furniture based on research on the Flexsteel website noting they were an authorized dealer 4 - Tyler’s approach and listening skills led us directly to our wish list / and then he proceeded to help reinforce our education on the brand and newer models 5 - Tyler was open and transparent in letting us know the President's Day sake was still in place - and would be good through the following Monday - no high pressure / must buy today pitch
As a salesperson with 30 years experience / I honestly can’t and won’t buy from a poor salesman
Tyler was professional / courteous and great about answering all our questions
As we explored options to add a recliner / he worked with us on multiple options to finds the best price point
We took in his feedback/ knowledge and quotes/ including potential delivery dates and let home know we would be in touch
After reviewing the price points / feedback and experience we called the next day and placed our order
6 price point was very competitive / lower than multiple other Fiexsteel sites
We received our deliver Today - March 5th as promised - delivery was professional / on time with great communication
Early this evening Tyler reached out to see if we were happy with the furniture and the delivery
