After trying an hour massage here earlier this year (around February-March), I was very interested in coming back because the massage was actually very good. I used to enjoy trying different spas in Flushing, Queens to find a good place for massage. I could tell the quality of the massage here was on point, the masseuse had great technique, knew precisely where the pressure points were and applied the right strength of pressure to release tension. When I came back the second time a couple weeks ago, I was quite disappointed with the communication and customer service. The massage quality was still great! However, it was not communicated well to me that there was now a minimum range requirement for tips. When I came out to pay, I initially gave 20% tip ($10 for $50 massage). The masseuse did not say a word and just glared at me, then twisted her head to direct me looking at the chart by the door. I felt bad missing the chart but as a customer, I questioned why I received this attitude. The required tip for a strong massage was $20, so essentially 40% of price. If the spa finds the must to get higher tips, they should mention on the call when customers book the appointment, or remind customers before the massage begins, or verbally bring up to the customers when they pay. I could understand if the masseuse did not speak English well but we communicated perfectly before and throughout the massage.

I Have Severe Sleeping Issues Due To My Crohn's Disease That Alice Did Not Know About. I Felt So Relaxed And Went Right To Sleep 2 Hours After Leaving . I have been coming to this amazing place since 2016. Every massage therapist here is absolutely a hit. Great prices - can’t beat them. I travel now to just come here for massages

I had an amazing experience at Shanti Spa! The atmosphere was calming and beautifully designed to promote relaxation from the moment I stepped in. The staff was incredibly professional and welcoming, making me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. I opted for a deep tissue massage, and it was hands down one of the best I've had—therapeutic and perfectly tailored to my needs. The attention to detail, from the quality of the oils to the ambient music, enhanced the overall experience. I left feeling rejuvenated and can't wait to come back! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a truly relaxing and top-notch...

Hi, if I can leave a 0 star I would. I’m a lash technician and I work with my upper back & neck. I went in for a full body 1 hour massage and it was HORRIBLE. Worst massage of my life , my partner does a better massage! When she was doing my neck she was applying wayy too much force! To the point I was having difficulty breathing. My upper back I feel like i have bruises. I have sharp pain on these areas more than what I came with. I have trouble sleeping because of the pain. I will not come here again. And then the audacity to ask me to tip and look confuse when I say no because of the...
