Big Frog Custom T-Shirts & More — Attraction in Palm Coast

I have had 4 custom orders made at Big Frog and was very pleased every time! Chaz is AMAZING and has Excellent customer service & work ethic! This is noteworthy because both are extremely rare these days.

Most recently, I had several masks made for my family, in support of my husband. Chaz patiently created the designs quickly while I watched, taking special care to use the right shade of green, and other special touches. He made tweaks and suggestions; and I like to defer to the artist on some things. If I am trying to describe a design, and ask "what do you think?" he always tells me, he doesn't say "It's up to you". I am still amazed when I hear people say that. I find incredibly patronizing, if I am asking, I obviously need help! Besides, from a Talent standpoint; THAT is your time to exhibit your knowledge and expertise.

I couldn’t be happier with the customer service here! I called earlier today asking if they could create custom shirts ready for pickup the same day. The gentleman was very polite. He asked a few questions to understand what I was looking to design and searched his store for the sizes in the shirt color I wanted.

He asked me to call him back in 5 minutes to allow him time to search for all sizes and quantities to fulfill my order. I stay about 5 minutes from the store, so I drove to the location with my mom and sister to see what they had.

A young lady greeted us promptly. I explained to her my conversation and that my mom purchased plain T-shirts to ease the order requirements. The gentleman agreed to print on the shirts my mom provided and checked the colors of the graphic to ensure it would print as we wanted. We changed one design because the white would appear as yellow on the yellow shirts we had.

I am a business owner And I tried using him to print up shirts for my employees. The first batch came back good but when I went to pick up my second order and it wasn’t what I asked for I simply brought it to his attention. I knew it would create a problem because he was short and rude from the get-go. And this is the manager! I think his name is Joe or something like that. His assistant Chaz was much easier to work with and made it easy on me as a new business owner the first time I came in. With disgust he threw my shirts to the side and said he’s done with me, that that’s what I ordered and he doesn’t want my business anymore. It was the most unpleasant and awkward experience I’ve ever had!
