I am 25 years of residence in the Florida keys so I know two things- good sushi & prompt, respectable customer service. I’ve been going here for over 4 years now and every time I go it’s always another let down. They are not only rude, but inconsiderate. The sushi is good- but they do not cater to what you order. If you order sauce on the side- (my niece had allergy) you are given a sauce smothered roll. When you explain if you can have it corrected- you are given attitude and then they speak in their language about you, cussing and calling you names, laughing. I usually order 7-8 rolls per order and dont use soy or wasabi and I let them know so they don’t waste cost. I only ask for eel sauce and each time I am given ONE half-filled soufflé of eel sauce when I have over 90$ of sushi. You think I could maybe Atleast get one (half filled) eel sauce per roll- but no, they charge you and only fill up the 2oz container 25%. If I ask for more, I am given attitude. If I offer to buy some, the container is half filled and I am still charged. Working with visitor center, realtors, public customer service, I will never recommend anyone to go here unless they want to pay a big dollar and not receive what they ordered and leave disappointed. Don’t waste your time, they...

I use to be a regular here but after recent issues with a particular staff member i will no longer be going 🙃 i use to know one of them on a personal level and have since than stopped talking , i recently came in to eat alone to get ready for a day out , i was sitting there minding my business while he showed other staff members my videos and laughed at me , i later confronted him when i confirmed my suspicions and he acted like it was no big deal and like i was harassing him even though we have no contact and when i go pick up food there im never talking to them 🙃 i will now not be recommending this place to anyone anymore, i use to think i loved this place and would tell everyone about it but after that i just cant come in. I tried to resolve this one on one with them and be civil but after totally being ignored about the issue and told im harassing them for asking them to not show things to staff members i like to go eat at i just am done. I would like to work this out but honestly cant see that happening after an already...

I ordered sushi based on the pictures I saw on the website. I liked the size, and they looked fresh. I asked to place the order by phone so my husband could pick it up. We were planning a family dinner. However, when he got home and I saw the size of the dish, I was disappointed. The sushi was very thin, and instead of eight pieces, there were five or six pieces in the set. They are very, very small compared to other restaurants. If you compare them to Kawa Sushi, it’s like half the portion for the same price. Before writing a review, I called the manager at the reception to confirm whether I had received the correct order. He said it was normal. I told him I would write a review, and he wasn’t against it. The sushi looks tasty, but the portions for that price are very small. It’s more like a portion for a child. I’m attaching a photo of the receipt...

Came in as a party of 3 for the sole purpose of getting Ramen Bowls. We were given a complimentary "yum-yum roll???" I believe it was a crab based roll with a yum-yum sauce. IT WAS AMAZING! (This app was not ordered but it was good) The Ramen Bowls were absolutely terrible 😔 Noodles were gummy in all 3 bowls. Broth had no flavor in all 3 bowls. Shrimp was over cooked in mine. Pork bowl was also over cooked. The steak bowl WAS COOKED PERFECTLY but with no flavor. I did tell the server. We got no discount. We each decided to take our bowls home to "doctor them up" We also had a bottle of Plum wine. (it's good!) Sake was also good. Our Goyza app was terrible. Total bill $91.13 I did tip $22 For a total of $113.13 I will give this place 1 more chance, on sushi only. Hoping to give a much better rating next time!

We passed this sushi place many times. Why? Because it sits in a strip mall and looks like a cheesy franchise joint. But we were craving sushi and gave it go. Service was fast and personal. Covid compliant. We ordered green tea and the Fancy Love Boat. Tea was served fast, fresh, and hot. Authentic as it should be. The boat took some time but other were getting boats as well. The sushi was very good. Fresh, properly cut, and served at the correct temperature. The rice didn't overpower the seafood. The sashimi was very decent as well. Good variety and large portions. For the area this is what we expect. The perilla leaves were a nice touch. It isn't the best sushi we've had, but for this area is quite good. A solid 4-stars.
