Our second time eating here while staying at the Fairfield Inn nearby. This time it was busy and we had to wait but then got a corner seat at the bar which we always like. Our last time we were at a table. The bartender Taylor came over right away to ask what we wanted to drink but we needed time to look at the menu. It seems like there are lots of regulars who come for the allday happy hour and they are all saying “Taylor” is the best. People were getting the $4 happy hour margarita. We ordered the large skinny margarita for $13 as we don’t like sweet margaritas. For dinner we both had a make your own combination with a shrimp taco and veggie taco which comes with rice and beans. The food was delicious and came out fast. Others at the bar were regulars and all friendly. We enjoy sitting at a bar instead of a table as you meet other people and learn about the area. We will be back again on another one of our route 95 trips.

Some of the best Mexican food I've ever had. I have traveled to Costa Rica, Panama, Mexico, and salsa's is one of the best right here in Palm Coast. I got a chance to talk to the owner today while having a burrito, Modelo beer and some delicious homemade nachos. He told me that the furniture which is very unique in this restaurant came from Mexico. Even if you go get just a drink at salsa's check out all the painted furniture is just amazing. My whole dinner was $20, not including the tip, you can't beat that deal for that quality of food. I literally had my burrito in front of me within 15 minutes even with a fully crowded restaurant. There is plenty of parking in the mall parking lot. They are open late, weekends until 11:00. Monday through Thursday till 10:00 p.m. in my opinion this place is worth the trip you have to visit.

We were a party of 4, wanted to sit outside, the lady at the front desk sent us to sit at any table we wanted and someone would be with us shortly. The table was greasy, we waited 20 minutes and my son went inside and ask what was going on. A waitress came up behind him, "Maria." She had a bad attitude from the beginning, she brought the food which was horrible. When I asked for the check, she had already added the tip (18%). I usually tip very well, but it's my choice, I don't understand why she did it, maybe she knew that she gave us a very bad service. I didn't have time to say anything because I was in a hurry. I called the next day, the manager told me he will dig on it. Call today and he still working on it. I’m trying to find the number of corporate to put my complain.

Well! First time for me and it is my LAST.

Parents have been there in the past for Taco Tuesday and Tacos were a dollar and now 1.50 which is fine..I get it things go up

It is Happy Hour and I ordered a Strawberry Margarita.. which by the way is 6.25

The waiter came by on the fly and said every thing ok? And kept going

Then we waited and waited for him to drop off the bill..

He took the bill and money out of my dad's hand And scooped up his tip off the table.

We got to thinking about the amt of the bill, so Mom and I went back in and were told it was not half price for Margaritas but buy 1 get 1 free..

He only brought 1 and I was never asked if I wanted another. Which all servers should know to up the bar bill to up their tip...

He never tried to upsell anything..cheese, bean dip etc

The girl at the desk got the manager and he came out and started arguing with us that i got 2 drinks

Then waiter came out to us at the desk and said I brought you 2 drinks, I have to they come from the bar like that.. well, he knew for sure he brought 2 drinks...they would pull the video and show us.. very argumentative so was the manager.

Manager was very condescending and finally was going to give us some of our money back.

Then he said well flavored Margaritas are not on special...and then the waiter comes back and says oh yeah now I remember. Yours was not 2 for 1

And we said well you never came back to check on us or see if we wanted anything else...waiter stood there arguing with my 76 year old Mother.

Now, yes I was not aware of the prices and should have been...my problem was poor service and the an argumentative waiter and manager.

I told them we wont be back, which made NO difference to them..which I get, the place was packed. And they aren't going to miss us.

Food was ok? Nothing to write home about...no ones was overly friendly and service was less than good..manager was even worse than waiter..

I am sure there are better places in Palm Coast,...

Looks good from the outside, the rest is bad.

First off the restaurant design is awful. The owners needs to knock a booth out to create a walk through for servers so they don't have to keep walking back and fourth in front of the hostess stand where its jammed up w waiting customers, with trays of hot food, glassware, and sizzling pans. Sorry i don't trust a steady stream of large trays dangling over my 5 and 3 and 2 months old head while i wait to be seated as servers serve their tables. We had to keep moving every 30 seconds to avoid the parade of employees.

Second, our section didn't appear busy but we had to wait 10 minutes for our drinks after we placed the order. Then our server never checked on us again. Our food came. I got the chicken & rice, my wife got tacos. On both orders the chicken was ice cold, but the rice underneath was super hot.

I attempted to order a beer during my meal but i had to flag down my server because even after our food was delivered (not by our server) he didn't check on us once. Then another 10 mins of watching him walk back and fourth with no beer it was clear he forgot.

I worked in food service before and this place is tiny and well staffed from what i observed. No excuse for this.

Also the Margaritas SUCKED. So much sugar, couldn't even taste a hint of tequila. Not even 1/2 full with ice, so by the time it reaches your table the pitiful amount of ice is already melted. And to make matters worse it was happy hour but they can't bring you 1 at a time they bring you 2 at a time so the second Margaritas is watered down and warm by the time you get to it.

If you're in the PC/Flagler area and want good Mexican go to Daliah, stay away from this place. First and last time ill go.

I wish i could give negative stars.

Update: Judging by the other reviews below i'm not alone, and it appears after almost 400 reviews Salsas management hasn't replied to 1, so they must not care to fix any problems seeing as they all seem to be the...

Salsas is a great restaurant with terrific management 😁.Kudos to you sir 👋😀! You are the only reason we may give salsas another try.

As a PC local, we especially love mariachi 🎶🎼🎵🎤music. The manager seemed to be the only one who can communicate effectively. Although my experience was mediocre with the exception of management, I will give salsas another try and rethink my review.

🚕 As we like to travel by the local taxi…one of the best serviced in town is TICO Taxi 🚕 🚖. He is certainly the best in town and the first original taxi service for Palm Coast long before PC had Uber or Lyft. He is great fun and travels everywhere locally and to & from the airports ✈️up and down the coast 🛩🏝. He can recommend the best local restaurants and the best bang for your buck. The other drivers need to take lessons from this charming man. ☺️😊! I now call him friend 😘. Kudos to you Tico.

We had another 🚕cab driver who was charming. He mentioned that most men have not learned the art of flirting 😛. Viva Latino men 👋🙀😁🤔!! This young Caucasian man is very intuitive. I would use him again, but prefer Tico.! A wise 🦉 cab 🚕 driver recently said…the younger generation has lost the ability flirt effectively and treat a woman the way she should be treated with respect ✊ 😊.

I will warn you about one waitress 🌮🥙who is very thin and young 🍼. She is rude, has never learned to respect her elders and is very disrespectful 😤🤬! I should ask if somebody should change her diaper as she acts like a Bambino 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦🐣👶she never learned a thing from her mother or father.

As somebody in our line of work I always try to talk to folks. There was one young waitress who was so rude that she even told me that not everybody can wait on me! Wow… Really?! This young girl 👧 would be an embarrassment to me if I were her mother. Apparently nobody ever taught her to respect her elders. She needs to have an attitude adjustment or be 🔥 fired.

Thank you again sir for taking the time to chat...
