Like OMG.... could the Manager and Kitchen Staff done anything more to screw the server's chances of getting a good tip??? "NO!!!" That was actually a rhetorical sarcastic question. Have you ever been to a restaurant where someone brought you your food and when you asked them to take away a dirty plate replied - "No, that's not MY job, ask your server..." Then they bring you a sizzling plate of Fajita's along with a plate full of refried beans, rice and some lettuce mixed with sour cream and diced tomatoes... BUT NO Plate to actually put your Fajita's together on... Like should I levitate the tortilla in the air while I put the stuff on it??? or just lay it on the sticky table??? When I called the manager over he said yeah - the kitchen should have taken the dirty dishes away but did he offer to take it away... NO... and when I mentioned the empty plate issue he said that I needed to ask for one.. that they didn't come with an empty plate unless you requested one??? Like seriously??? And Fajita's without much sour cream, guacamole or shredded cheese... like wth are they thinking??? Obviously they are NOT thinking about the customers... It is just really sad the server paid for everyone else's mistakes with a tip that reflected our experience. When the server doesn't even serve the food are they even a server??? Maybe just call them an "Order Taker" which is like what... less than half of the job??? So... they ended up with significantly less than half of the time they would have gotten... And then there is all the future business the manager lost from not doing his job and from displaying a total disregard for customer service and customer satisfaction... their "screw the customer" attitude may be "fun" in the short term.. but most people will find another dime a dozen taco stands instead of this place... I can not recommend anything regarding this restaurant... other than to not go there and to go...
Read moreWe have been coming here since 2020. There has been a steady decline in food quality. They are basically using the same pork meat, adding different sauces and calling it something different. But hey I get it, costs have gone up. Chips and salsa are good. The drinks are cold. Generally it's an ok option to rotate into our dining out choices. I didn't feel compelled to write a review until today (honestly I thought I had left a good review before today). Average food can always be balanced with a nice wait staff. Today, however we encountered Ansaf. I only know her name because I looked at the receipt. When she approached out table she didn't say hi, hello or any kind of greeting. Just asked for our drink order. When she dropped the drinks she just put them on the table and walked away. When she took out order instead of speaking, she motioned to me with a grabbing hand gesture indicating that she wanted the menus. Honestly I was going to chalk it up to her having a bad day until I heard her saying hello and hi and interacting with other tables in a normal pleasant manner. I honestly don't know what her beef was with us because she was acting really standoffish from go. When she dropped the bill off she just dropped it at the table and walked away. No here you go, no thanks, no nothing. She only spoke with us when it was absolutely necessary. Her whole attitude was incredibly rude. Like I said, if she was having bad day, and treating everyone with the same dismissive attitude, I wouldn't say anything.... Everyone can...

We were treated like VIPs. He also saved our daughter from going into the kitchen when she mistook it for the bathroom. Lol. Wheelchair accessible buuuut must go to the rear of your vehicle to enter the ramp. Please do not let this deter you from visiting this estabslishment or you'll miss out. We visited for the first time and just sat at the entrance. Don't do what we did. Lol When you enter, to the right there is a checkout counter, let them know you needs seats. This place tends to have reservations and several to-go orders so it is possible to get lost in the mix. Lucky for us, someone noticed us and got us seated promptly. Our server Melissa was amaaaaaazing. She was personable yet quick. She had our younggins served so quickly. We didn't have to ask for extra plates for them or anything. She was so attentive to detail but was quite busy. She is the waitress every mother hopes they have in every restaurant! She didn't rush us and when we were ready to go, it was like she pulled to go boxes, bag, cups out of thin air. Kids were starting to get all ants in their pants-like and she had us ready to rollout in a flash. The food was great...extremely hot, fresh and tasty. We ordered the La Parilla with extra rice and beans. We also had surf n turf quesidillas along with complimentary chips and salsa. Will definitely be back. Can totally see why their parking lot is always full of...
