Leaders Furniture of Palm Harbor — Attraction in Palm Harbor

My wife and I had been shopping for new outdoor pool patio furniture for several days, and just couldn't make a decision on what to get. We were both very nervous about buying furniture on line. Looking good and being comfortable, are two totally different things.

Since the Labor Day weather (rain) cancelled out outdoor plans, we decided to visit our local Leader's to see what they had available. This turned out to be a very good decision.

We were very particular about what we wanted/needed and spent a lot of time looking through the store at all of the options. Our sales person, Donna, was awesome! She provided information when we needed it without applying any sales pressure. When she noticed us looking at a particular piece, she would quickly let us know if it was in stock, and any options that were available.

We found a table that we really liked, but we were not too crazy about the chairs that came with it. We also found very comfortable chairs that we liked; but they were part of another set. Donna told us to feel free to move the chairs that we liked over to the table to see how they looked. We ended up moving quite a few things around in the store to find just right combination for our pool patio.

The chairs that we liked were quite a bit cheaper than the ones originally matched to the table, so we were very happy about that. So happy in fact, that we bought a matching bar and bar chairs to match the table.

The price for the set from Leader's was in the same ballpark as what we had been looking at on line. 24 month interest free financing was a nice bit of icing on the cake. Especially since the approval process only took a couple of minutes.

We just received delivery of our set and it looks great on our pool patio!

We love every piece of furniture that we purchased for our new home. Pam was so helpful & was willing to come out to our new home to measure & design the space where we were needing furniture. Her designs & input were spot on with the types of furniture that we needed in our areas. She's the BEST & we were thrilled to find out that she was back at the Palm Harbor store & able to help us with everything!

We were thrilled that we were able to add more pieces to our Tropitine collection, as we bought 2 chairs & 2 ottomans for our condo back in 2013. We added the glider & the table & chairs to the lanai.

We also added the oyster grey Kokomo collection to the lanai & we love the colors that we picked for the cushions & pillows.

We decided to put the Steelers gold Adironack counter height set with slide in triangle table in the corner where the spa tub is so people can sit & converse with people in the spa. Love this piece of furniture as it is made of poly lumber.

Last but not least, the Maldives collection added to the space near the outdoor fireplace & kitchen. The colors that we picked out were stunning. I have received so many compliments on all my furniture from my friends on FaceBook.

My wife and I went out looking for some new lanai furniture. After looking at the box stores we decided to go to Leaders and we are glad we did. Pam Vandenberg was outstanding and let us browse around until we were ready to talk. There was no pressure at all from Pam and she did an outstanding job. It took us a couple of trips to decide on the right furniture and cushions. Pam never once tried to pressure us or anything it was great. We decided on Leaders because of the workmanship of the furniture and the cushions are made right here in Florida (a big plus for supporting local businesses). The prices were fair and the service was outstanding. Delivery was just as good as the buying experience. they called the week before delivery to let us know when they were coming and then called the day before to schedule the 2 hour window for delivery. The staff arrived right on time and were great. They chatted a bit with me and had everything unloaded and setup in no time. We were really impressed with every aspect of our purchase, leaders will get our business again (we also recommended a family member and they went to a store close to them and ordered furniture as well).
