Plaza Resort & Spa — Attraction in Palm Springs

Excellent Service and staff - very friendly and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay there. We had a one bedroom suite, with 2 rooms, 2 toilets, 2 showers and a kitchen with dish washer etc. A/C was quite new, energy efficient and super quiet (I have similar device from Mitsubishi at home, these are the best!). Just put it on lowest setting and enjoy sleeping with 72F - 22C. Weather in Palm Spring had record-high temperatures of 110F - 43C, no problem even at the pool due to brumisator spraying water and keeping you cool. 2 pool areas, one busy, one quiet, all very nice. There are a few gas BBQ grills, which are free to use for everyone, just the right thing for a few steaks in the evening - feeling like home for me.

Regarding service I have to say, that staff is still limited due to the corona situation, but I had everything I needed during my 3 days stay. There was no daily room service, but when I had a problem (only once, I could not find washing powder for the laundry), they immediately helped me within a few minutes. I did not...

This is going to sound bad. However, I would go back. First of all, it says Resort and Spa, but there is no spa.

The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble and everything was taken care of quickly. They were friendly and very apologetic ( we're Canadian). And very happy to see us Canadians. They were all very quick at serving our needs.

This place could do with a face-lift. The painting in the a Hallways is too dark for the low ceilings. There was also a dank smell in the whole place. I think it's just very dated. The pools were ok. Salt pools way better...

My son and I had a wonderful week long stay at the Plaza. The rooms were clean, up to date, included a nice kitchenette and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The pools were clean and always ready for a good time. We really liked being able to browse their large selection of dvd's, to relax and unwind after a full day of activities. The Plaza is in a perfect location.
