Upper Crust Pizza — Restaurant in Cathedral City

The woman who was taking the phone orders after 5pm 3/7/25 should not be working in customer service. She was literally the most ruddiest person I’ve ever ordered food with. First time I called, she didn’t say hello or anything she immediately says “hold on!” And places me on hold. I was baffled. I hung and called back and didn’t say hello again and immediately rapid fired demands to me “what’s your number and name?!” I said excuse me hello, and she irritably sighed and said “yeah what’s up? What’s the number and name for the order?”

How do you even know I was calling to place an order? This is a sit down restaurant. Nevertheless, I gave my information and tried to place my order. After everything I said, she would rudely cut me off by saying “is that it?” I was so confused. When I was finally finished ordering, she tried to immediately hang up without even telling me my total. I had to yell excuse me for her to not hang up. I asked for the total and she gave it to me. Then said “are we good, or what?” Who talks like that to customers?

I didn’t even bother to call back and cancel my order. I’ll NEVER eat here with that service. I get everyone has bad days but dam! She sounds...

Extremely disappointed with my experience. Don’t know where to start. We ordered a pizza, an appetizer, a salad, and a liter soda. Our app (meatballs) were tasteless, bland, small, and underwhelming. The salad was greasy and again underwhelming. Our 1st pizza had this very long hair wrapped in it. So we physically got up and sent it back to the kitchen. Our second pizza was decent. We had to service our own table. We needed plates, utensils, napkins we physically had to get up and ask for items. The utensils themselves needed replacing. We had an accident and a soda spilt no one assisted. Staff was sitting at other tables chitchatting. No one not once came to our table other than to drop off the original meal. There was a child playing going in and out of the kitchen area. Staff was very unprofessional. Overall bad. I’ve never left a review on a restaurant but was compelled because the reviews of this establishment were the reason we came. I Will add that they gave us a discount on our PIZZA...

Unfortunately, Like it seems to be happening everywhere except those left over few local spots that are still family owned are remembered of the quality of their food. .I know this specific one had a break up and one got the company and its unfortunate now it seems. The price for a cheese pizza is beyond astonishing. Then the cheese is so paper thin and more air bubbles than domino's 23.00 for a medium. Just WOW

The hot sub, has been completely ruined ed. It used to come like a pita....meaning fresh super thin pizza dough. Not that!

Their ranch and Italian they have been known for.....the reason they started charging for extra. The ranch thick and flavorless. The Italian well maybe shake the jar or mix it with a spoon.

100% disappointed in a place I have been going to for 40 years.

Oh and dont forget the 10.50 delivery fee and they still...
