GameStop — Attraction in Palmer Township

Employee working today has a really bad attitude. Horrible customer service and I was at least the second person leaving unhappy after interacting with him. I won't be going back to this location for a while.

1 year later update: This was the only location that had the game I wanted to purchase in stock. I went out of my way to drive to the store to buy the game and I was told by the sales associate that he could not sell me anything. Came in last week and bought a game at the employees recommendation, unsure if I should make the purchase I said I wasn't sure if it would be for me... The employee said I can always return it... So I purchased the game. Went to return it today, same employee working even acknowledged that I was in there and that it was him, and tells me that I can't return the game for full refund it was like 60 bucks and I would be able to get 20 back... That just seems crazy to me... I will never step foot in that...

I don’t know what happened to this GameStop but everytime I stop in for something it’s never there. And when it comes to collectors like myself why is it there site says they have it in stock when I go it’s not even there. Even the cards I collect they seem to just save them for the skalpers because those shelves are empty. They should really consider setting a limit on the products and having a database of these people’s purchases. Definitely letting the hobbies die. And...
