It's been a long time since I've been here (4 years according to maps timeline) and my previous review was 1 star with no comments attached. This review is written shortly after reopening of the restaurant for perspective of anybody looking to try it again.
I did a mobile order leaving Walmart, sat in my car for approximately 3 or 4 minutes, drove over, parked my car, went inside and waited in line to tell them I had a mobile order to pick it up.
The black gentleman who I assume is the manager told me I could just tell them I did a mobile order so I didn't have to wait in line, which I thought was very kind, although I would feel rude cutting in line like that so I'll continue to wait my turn for the sake of others. Anyway to the food review, remember it's been approximately 6 or so minutes since I placed my mobile order and made my way into the restaurant. My order was not only ready before I got there, it was hot, but not hot in a way that I couldn't eat it, hot as in it was done 2 or 3 minutes ago and if I was there earlier I would have probably received my order extremely hot and ready for transport to my family.
Overall it was a fantastic experience and is the first time I've been to Burger King in several years as my last handful of times were very bad experiences overall.
I'd highly recommend this restaurant, mainly due to the management that obviously knows what they're doing and take pride in their work.
Burger King has always been my favorite fast food, and after several years I can say I'm glad to be able to return and enjoy my favorite fast food burger, the coveted Whopper sandwich.
Thank you to everybody who works at this fine establishment, you've brought me back from an oath to never return, and it feels so good.
Burger King, if you're reading this, treat these employees well, I'm sure there's many more like me who've stopped eating at your restaurants, and the staff at this one are the exact type of staff you need to bring it back.
Sorry this is so long, I felt everything was neccessary to build and appropriate picture of my experience and past experiences and why I felt it necessary to write such an...
Read moreI went to pick up a delivery order and of course just like every other fast food place, they think it’s perfectly fine to stop making certain menu items (ice cream specifically) even though they are open for another hour. I’ve worked at most fast food restaurants and was a GM at Domino’s for 3 years. I know that the right time to worry about closing procedures is AFTER YOU CLOSE!!! Just because it’s a little inconvenient for you to do after closing doesn’t make it right to stop doing part of your job. I would never have told a customer that they can’t have any menu item because I stopped making it so I could go home early. This is the reason I usually decline fast food orders because they don’t care about doing their jobs right at all. Later in the evenings people tend to order shakes and ice cream more than they do earlier but for some reason the employees just take it upon themselves to stop making it because they may have to perform closing procedures after they close and stay a little later. Just do your job right, it’s not that hard to do. I know this for a fact, you’re just too lazy and careless to do it and it’s very inconvenient for...
Read moreAbsolutely horrible. The place was dirty. The first thing I noticed was my feet were sticking to the floor. This indicated that the floor had been previously mopped with dirty mop water. The manager made me wait for 10 minutes for my food when all he had to do was take out 15 seconds to fill onion rings and french fries. While I was waiting for my food some guy came in in street clothes when into the register he was dirty he looked like he really needed a bath did something and then walked back out. The people preparing the food we're acting like they were having a party back there no one was wearing gloves, hair nets or hats. The people were like Hoodrats who were behind the counter. When I finally got my order. I didn't get the sandwich I had ordered. I didn't complain because I was afraid they would spit in it. It is the worst Burger King I have ever been to In My Life. I should have known something when all the other fast food places in the plaza were packed and this place had one car in the parking lot. I'm going to be writing to Burger King or communicating with them some out how they need to...
