Starbucks — Restaurant in Lower Nazareth Township

This Starbucks in particular definitely deserves recognition and appreciation for their continuous hard work! Everybody that works there is friendly, and always willing to keep the customer happy. I always get greeted with a smile, even when they are busy. People need to understand, this is an extremely busy Starbucks, and they handle it like pros, but occasionally you have to exercise a little patience (when it gets insanely busy). This does not reflect poorly upon the employees at the Starbucks either. They get dozens of orders at a time, and they always do their absolute best to fill every one of them correctly. I see every day how hard they work, and it is very often met with attitude, sarcasm, and a serious lack of appreciation. Let’s try to remember, orders are made in the order they are received, no one is trying to make you wait longer. If you DO feel the need to ask about your order, do so in a considerate way. It’s not that hard to be nice. For being as busy as it is, IMO this Starbucks exceeds expectations and I commend them for their hard work and their patience! I hate leaving bad reviews. But they gave me something entirely different from what I ordered. I paid 5 bucks for 2 bags of tea and some sugar syrup. It was supposed to be a London Fog. They could've added milk (wouldn't even have to be steamed -- even though it's SUPPOSED to be) and I would've been happy. But they gave it to me with nothing. The fact that they didn't just admit "Hey, I don't know how to make this. Want to order something else?" Shows a complete disregard for the customer.

So sad because I used to like this location. It was a mobile order, which means if a London Fog is complicated to make (which it's not) they had time to complete it, or receive proper training, since they were clearly an inexperienced barista. 😢 I think I heard them complaining about it while I was in there. 😀🫶🤩😍

This particular Starbucks is definitely a favorite of mine, and I frequents every single store in a 30 mile radius at least. Because of my work, I am always driving to and from job sites, but this Starbucks in particular is about two minutes from my house. I was so happy when they opened this location, and their service and standards are top-notch. The manager is genuinely friendly and obviously cares about the experience you have while you’re there.
