I stopped by this picnic after breakfast at Luna Muna Cafe. It was a short walk away and I took a quick stroll around this park. The park is very well maintained and has a lot of small placards detailing the history of the area as well as information about several different bird species in the area. There is a beautiful tree in the center of the park and it was great to look at and read the history on. You can also walk to the end of the park where there is a small wooden walkway that takes you to an ocean view.

Oaks by the Bay is one of Panama City beautiful landmark! After a delicious meal at one of the fabulous restaurant in Historical St Andrews a walk through the park makes a beautiful ending to a perfect day or date! Moreover, walking through the park for exercise, to spin Pokestops and collect Pokemon or just to admire the beauty of the park itself in my opinion is time well spent! Absolutely my fave park in Panama City/St Andrews. The deck that over looks the bay, is great. Has a walk way and ramp as well as a nice size deck. The sunset is able to be seen and the old docks, are great to see. The 250 yr old moss oak is beautiful and they have the only 4 headed palm which is fenced in nicely. Both trees have a detailed tribute to them. The park is beautiful. Much to see while there and has a very nice gazebo. Great for weddings or just to stroll and enjoy nature itself. This is the park my daughter and i love the most. There is everything , a playground, a small beach , walking trails. There are shops to go in and places to eat nearby. There are 2 playgrounds, one for younger kids and one for older ones, but both are fun for all ages. There is a wide open field to run and play games or sports, with plenty of shade when you need a break. A boardwalk and alot of history. Right next to st Andrew's marina , and boat launch.
