Gap Factory — Attraction in Paramus

This Gap factory store in Bergen Town Mall is a big store. They have the men’s on the right, women’s on the left and kids section in the back. Fitting rooms are in the middle section to the right.

This store has large selection of clothing in each department. I have seen discounts on all most all items, ranging between 30%-70% off. Prices are very cheap after discounts. We bought few long pants for our daughter from the kids section. We had an additional $10 off coupon from Gap rewards.

The store was mostly clean and tidy. Bunch of associates walk around the store, constantly folding messy clothes. Fitting rooms had a dedicated associate as well. The checkout process was easy. We got all the discounts and got to use our coupon...

Nice workers except for whoever was guarding the mall enterance last Thursday night 10/17. I walk in at 9 because I assumed the entire mall didnt close till 9:30. I walk straight to the sweaters on display & in the driest rudest tone I hear “Store is closed, back door is locked”. Given that this woman wasn’t even facing the actual enterance it took me a minute to even realize where she was or who she was talking to. I stated I thought they closed at 9:30 & she just repeats herself the store closes at 9. Given that the majority of the mall is still open for another 30 mins maybe have a more pleasant worker in front to...

Just awful. Slowest cash registers I have ever seen. This store needs new management, when the line is long and each cashier is taking extra long with their customers its only logical to open another register to get rid of the line. As I was waiting in line for at least 25 min an employee asked if she should open her register, and her coworker which I do not think it was a manager, said " No, I think we got it." Then the cashier who assisted me blatantly lied to my face when I suggested they open another register by saying that no one was available. This was unfortunately a waste of my time...
