Also, Nordstrom rack doesn’t endorse happened the utilize mall security immature, apprehensible, horrendous behavior, overreaching Security, who don’t have any sympathy, accountability or training working with the American disability Act these two security guard refuse to offer me a wheelchair and when I did get it refused to push me, followed me around while I struggle to shop for Jounh house people in my neighborhood verbally berated me told me I shouldn’t have been shopping alone. If I was handicap it wasn’t there before I was in the position this is not indicative of any Nordstrom‘s as ever shopped in this town of New Jersey Paramus Mall security allowed to unleash hell on customers at their discretion and there’s no one to hold them accountable unfortunately I had to deal with it because the bigger picture is I had to get shoes to a homeless person in my neighborhood who walked around barefoot and even though I sent $400 this is the most reasonable items I could find for this generator in my neighborhood I did talk to the manager apologize but Picture is more security, not handling this whole situation and holding these horrendous people accountable for...
Read moreThe cashier claimed a pair of shoes were mislabeled, the price was pretty good on them but it had signs of usage, the treads were dirty, the laces were worn down, the uppers were ragged and just looked like someone had used them on a treadmill and returned them. I was fine with that considering the price as it looked to be a used pair and considered them to be a used return pair. The cashier checked and said the price was wrong and showed me a listing for a brand new pair off their nordstrom site. The pair they were selling had no box, looked used and was not worth full retail when I could just order a new one with no issues. The cashier didn't seem to understand that nothing in Nordstrom Rack is sold at full retail, that's how items end up there. I asked for the Rack price but she didn't seem to understand what msrp was. It wasn't worth continuing this conversation with the cashier. Bloomingdales next door had the same shoe and it was discounted where I ended up purcashing from. I'm not surprised but trying to sell a pair of used shoes at full retail is a...
Read moreMy experience at this store yesterday was disappointing. I went with my mom to return a pair of shoes that were in perfect condition, simply not what we needed. While there, we also made new purchases, as we often shop at this store and have generally had good experiences. However, this was the first time we encountered such poor treatment from a cashier. Although we remained polite and patient throughout the interaction and never raised our voices or caused any issue, the cashier was impatient and visibly frustrated, especially when I translated for my mom. She scrutinized the shoes and the receipt as if we were returning something worn out, even though they were in the same condition as purchased. Her demeanor made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. We have never been treated this way before at this store, and it’s disheartening. Someone with such a lack of patience and courtesy should not be working on the front line with customers. I hope management takes this feedback seriously to ensure all customers are treated with respect, regardless of...
