Victoria's Secret & PINK — Attraction in Paramus

The people that work there and they do sizing and floor help are so insensitive to the privacy and want to help my young teens to find their items. Making inappropriate remarks about a young womans larger breast cup size is disgusting. Size the child, and help her find what she needs. Instead, without even trying, they said they didn't have her size and told her to go to Torrid. They had the young girl in tears. My other teen found her size very easily. My other teen girl is thinner and was harrassed by 3 female employees that swimsuits wouldn't look good on her. How do you keep customers coming back? Do the opposite of what the employees of this store did. I know help is scarce, but this attitude towards customers who are the ones who shop there and keep these stores open should be treated with good customer service skills, especially with major brands closing stores nationwide. Will never return or recommend this location store to anyone ever. If I had nothing to lose, I would go to the store in person, but it's 100% not worth anymore time from me than writing...

Went to this location earlier today to return/exchange an online purchase. I was greeted at the door with an attitude and was told that the item I was exchanging was not sold at that store and that I needed to go to garden state. I did not appreciate being told to go somewhere else just because that store didn’t have the item. As a previous retail worker, I would have never turned a customer away just because we didn’t have the item. I would offer something else or accept the return and offer to order the item online again. I went to this location, not only to exchange, but also shop for a gift. The poor customer service I received at the door made me not want to buy anything. I went there last week was in 11/9/20 and purchased some perfumes and lip balms and I was supposed to get a $25.00 rewards card but they forgot to give me. I just realized it about a few days ago after I went at the store because I happen to look my email from them at the time where they were giving out a $ 25.00 reward card with a purchased of $75.00 and I spent over $100.00 total. So when I went at the store last Saturday last week, I told the cashier what happened, she said that they can't do anything about it anymore because they don't have some anymore. But they were handing out some rewards at that time that's starts, 12/3/20- 12/18/20 or until12/24/20. They could just have gave me one at that time.
