Update 07/13/2024 Bidenflation has hurt this cfa location really bad.. the $7 cfa meal is now $11... Same chicken, same drink, same fries.. yet the cost jumped 63%... $4 more in less than 3 years.. at this rate it will soon be $20 for a simple cfa meal. Very sad.
The fries today were still super salty and I needed to drench them in ketchup to lessen the super salty taste. The chicken tasted a bit salty and like the oil was old too. I hope the manager sees this and tries to help fix the food problems. I doubt he or she has control over the absurd double pricing though. End of update..
Delicious food, super friendly employees and great prices! This location lacks its own dinning room, so you are missing out on a big part of the chick fil a experience. No plastic cones, no getting food delivered to your table and apparently no foodcourt roaming employees to refill drinks. But overall still a great deal!
Pros: Price is awesome and spot on at $7.59 for a medium CFA meal with fries and a drink! (Cfa in NYC overcharges by an extreme amount even though the restaurants in that area have $7 to $8 meals)
Super friendly employees!
Great drink selection.
Delicious food!
On this visit specifically, i ordered a medium fries and they gave me a large fries! That was a happy surprise! I assume it was because it was near the end of the night.
Cons: On this visit specifically, the fries were way too salty! I think the fry cook just went overboard on salt tonight. Usually at this location and all other chick-fil-a's, the fries are perfect with just the right hint of salt, lightly sprinkled on top. But tonights fries were unfortunately soaking in over-salt.
Recommendations to the owner and managers of this location:
Hire 1 or 2 roamer employees to roam the foodcourt, seeking out all CFA customers with CFA cups/drinks and ask the customers if they want their drink refreshed/refilled. The CFA location in the Danbury, CT mall does this, and it is such a welcome surprise! Just enjoying a lunch or dinner and having a CFA employee come up and help you refill your drinks is really pushing these mall foodcourt locations way above Burger King, Nathans, Mc Donalds and all the rest. So please adopt that policy here at the Paramus Park Mall. It is really nice to have. Train the fry cook on the correct amount of salt, assuming i am not the only one who noticed. But if this was a 1 time mistake,...
Read moreWent to many Chick-fil-a restaurants in the past and service was always great. However, I had one of the worst experiences in any restaurant today at the Chick-fil-A in Paramus mall of NJ. I ordered a spicy chicken deluxe sandwich meal and had to wait almost 20 min. Several others who ordered after me were given their food before me, and when I finally approached them about my order, it was clear that my order was somehow misplaced. I was upset but still polite and waited, and the person who seemed to be a manager asked the kitchen to expedite my order. When my food finally came out, one of the workers just handed me my food with an attitude and didn't say a single word. I started to walk over to my table and noticed that the condiments I asked for during my order were no given so I had to walk back and ask for it again, and the same worker gave them to me with an attitude again, without saying a single word. I was pretty annoyed at this point, but didn't say anything and just sat at my table to eat. Then I saw that they gave me the wrong sandwich. This was the last straw and I immediately demanded a refund. The manager processed the refund and just told me I'll get my money in a few days. Absolutely ridiculous that from the cashier, server and manager, not a single person apologized to me and just talking to each other like nothing happened. It was not even busy when all of this occurred. I will never return to...
Read moreWorst Chick-fil-a food I have ever tasted. The bun on the sandwich was stale. The chicken and fries were fried in old oil. So old that the grease was dripping off the meat and the breading looked grey. The peach milkshake, which is my favorite seasonal shake, was. Parley peach syrup flavored and barely had real peaches. The food here tasted fake. People are nice and great, but the food is the worst. I had two nuggets and felt sick even after taking off the breading.
Had to make an update. I gave up on the food and started to eat my little ice cream cup. I figured that at least the ice cream would be good. WTH. That’s all I can say. This mall establishment does not use real ice cream. It’s heavily malted. I could have gone to Burger King or Mac Donald’s for this. No wonder the peach milkshake tasted bad too.
It’s obvious this location has not had someone from corporate or the regional manager visit.
This is a chick-fil-a copy cat. Retraining and a health inspection needs to...
