Phone Hub - Panama City — Attraction in Parker

We took in our Microsoft surface pro tablet. It has a built-in kickstand on the back, and the hinges broke. I called ahead of time and asked if this was something they could fix. He said yes and to bring it in and he could give me a price. We brought it in and he told us it would be $250 to replace the whole back and we told him we only needed the two small hinges replaced. He told us to give him 30 minutes to an hour to “look at it”. We left and came back after the allotted time. The kickstand at first appeared to be fixed, but upon closer inspection, he had done nothing at all, besides tuck it back in. We noticed that the back was bulging a little bit because the plastic tabs had not been slid back incorrectly. They were crumpled and causing a bump. He said he could fix the bump and took it into the back again. When he returned the next time we saw that he had RIPPED out the plastic tabs, causing scratches, and damage to the back of the tablet . When my husband opened it very gently, the whole kickstand fell back out, and he accused us of being too rough with it and causing it to break again. He was going to charge us $55 for “fixing it” when he very well knew he didn’t fix anything.AND he caused further damage to our device....

There should be a 0 star. Will NEVER come here again and wouldn't recommend anyone possibly wasting your money. Complete scam which is sad considering what the Panhandle has been through. I had my iPhone6splus screen replaced here. Expecting to pay $70, my mouth dropped at the extra charges added to fix my "sensor" and "charger port", both $35 a piece for an additional $70 totaling $140. I explained to the owner/MOD that I only wanted the screen replaced and nothing else and didn't understand why I was being charged for things I didn't ask for. He ended up taking off the $35 charge for the charger port but not before writing down my DL information for reimbursement at a later date.

The very next day, sitting using the restroom, my phone fell from my pocket to the floor and completely cracked. I couldn't believe it. I then noticed how paper-thin the screen was on my phone and how bad the quality was.

One returning to the store, the manager wouldn't even try to help me without MY receipt, even though he had a carbon copy of the receipt in his book along with my DL information that he had taken down. Not to mention I was just there. DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY. BAD CHEAP SCREENS, INSANE UPCHARGES , HORRIBLE...

Shattered my front screen and back glass about a month ago. Took it to a place up home and was going to cost about $300 to repair both front and back. They repaired the front screen. Within 24 hrs i had white lines and black spots on my screen. I returned it to the guy and he told me that I had water damage. Knowing I had taken better caution since getting repaired; than I have any phone I’ve owned I continued to look for someone else. I came on vacation and my phone started to act up so we found phone hub pc and went there. With all intentions of buying another phone. When we arrived I decided to ask anyways on the cost of back glass replacement. The back glass everyone else wanted 199-299 for he was better priced. Wasn’t pushy with me when I was undecided whether to get another phone or replace the back glass. I chose replace it. He even then went a step ahead and checked for water damage because I told him what the last guy said. When he looked further into it the screws were wrong in my phone and no water damage was done…. What he charged me for front glass and back glass was what most places wanted for back glass. He has my business for sure. I will also recommend him to anyone I know...
