If this was just for my service advisor I would of given 5 stars. Because I was so disappointed with the dealership is why I gave 2 stars. I had a back up camera break down on me in 2023 It was suppose to be repaired in January of 2024. In July the back up camera stopped working again. The dealership was nice enough to not charge me. In a text I was told that a harness should of been replaced although it was not. Than in the end of October the camera failed. At this time the camera failed again. So in January I spent $ 1,700 plus tax. and than July the dealership did not charge because of the missing part. Although in October they were going to charge me $ 1,225. before tax I contacted Audi corporate and the dealership came back to me with splitting the camera in half. I still did not think this was fair as I have spent over $ 2,000 to have my camera fixed. I felt that I should have been made award of this potentially happening so I could have made a decision of either fixing or putting the money towards a newer car. My car was a 2017. Outside of the camera and the leak in the light I never had a problem with the car. Although this turned me off of Audi so much I purchased a Mercedes and I am extremely happy with my purchase so far. It's a shame that a dealership could not do better when a problem persists for 3 times. Again Vanessa was wonderful I highly recommend her. But Paul Miller Audi I will never do...
Read moreWorse experience ever with Paul Miller service dept. Very unprofessional attitude, I brought the car in for check engine light on, car is under warranty but they told me that the problem is not covered under warranty, and it will cost me $1100, i said fine fix my car, I had a rattle noise from dashboard as well, they fixed the paid problem over night but for the rattle noise they kept the car for 2 weeks and, refuse to give me a loaner, they kept giving me runaround treated me like a 2nd class citizen, the girl answering phone had no idea what to do, service rep John told me DAMN YOU. The service manager Matt finally spoke to me and told me that the car would be ready the next day, I called the next day, and the service rep John, the macho man, told me that my manager shouldn't tell you that car will be ready, car was still not ready, and he mistreated me on the phone and hang up on me, I called back and demand to speak to Matt, finally I was able to speak to Matt he was very nice to me and told me that he will do his best to get me the car by the end of the day. Which He did, and guess what rattle noise is still there, they worked on the problem that I paid but ignored what's covered with warranty. Very disappointing, I will never go back there. They are totally unprofessional...
Read moreThis was my first time using a dealer for service and I must say, I'd bring my vehicle to Paul Miller again. When I received a recall for my 21 year old collector car I felt caught between a rock and a hard place. I wanted the airbag recall handled, but was hesitant to leave my car in the hands of anyone, due to age, rarity, and it's pristine condition. It never even sees rain. After a year of sweating it, and delaying the recall fix, I bit the bullet and brought it to Paul Miller and couldn't be happier with my experience. Everyone there treated my 21 year old collector status car with as much respect as I do. The valets, the service advisor, and also the tech all were phenomenal. The communication was timely and transparent, I was given options, and the work was performed very quickly. I typically do all my own work, because I can (not recalls obviously), I enjoy it, and have traditionally not trusted my vehicles in others' hands. As I get older, I'd rather spend the time I used to spend under the hood or under the car, with my family, and I will happily and without hesitation, use Paul Miller again. I highly recommend this place. And that's coming from one of the most skeptical, and particular...
