This is an Exceptional Childcare Experience at The Learning Center in Parsippany, New Jersey: I cannot recommend The Learning Center in Parsippany, New Jersey, highly enough—it's truly a gem for families seeking top-tier early childhood education and care. My granddaughter has been attending this wonderful center since she was just an infant, and watching her thrive there has been one of the greatest joys of my life. From the moment you step through the doors, the warmth and professionalism of the staff shine through. They are not only highly skilled and dedicated professionals but also genuinely compassionate individuals who treat every child as if they were part of their own family. Their deep care for the kids is evident in every interaction, creating a nurturing environment where little ones feel safe, loved, and encouraged to grow. Every time I visit to see my granddaughter, I'm greeted with warm smiles and friendly hellos that make me feel like part of the community. The center itself is always buzzing with energy—festive, lively, and full of engaging activities that spark joy in both the children and the staff. That positive vibe is contagious; you can see it in the way the staff's enthusiasm resonates with the kids and even extends to us parents and grandparents. What amazes me most is the incredible progress my granddaughter has made in such a short time. At less than three years old, this little toddler is already speaking in complete sentences in both English and Spanish, and she's even incorporating sign language into her communication. She's mastered her colors and numbers, learned essential life skills, such as taking care of her belongings, and developed impeccable manners and social skills. The center's curriculum is thoughtfully designed to foster holistic development, blending fun with meaningful learning. At the heart of this outstanding center is Director Aya, a truly wonderful leader brimming with energy and passion. Her exceptional guidance sets The Learning Center apart, making it stand out from many other centers I've visited over the years. Under her visionary direction, the entire team thrives, creating an unparalleled experience for every child and family. I've enthusiastically recommended The Learning Center to all my family, friends, and neighbors—it's the best I've ever seen. A huge thank you to the entire staff for their unwavering commitment, and especially to Director Aya, whose leadership makes all of this possible. If you're looking for a place where your child will flourish,...

Read moreWent here for 2 years- awful experience- I don’t ever write reviews but when it comes to my child this seemed important. I went to this daycare for over 2 years. Now, I do need to say there are some teachers here that deserve 10/10 stars like Elisa, Kim, Prity, Elky, Tasha, and Diana (Diana is no longer a teacher there), however, the turnover in staff is ridiculous here. If I wrote this review over a year ago, I would have given it 5 stars, it has dramatically gone way down hill. Now, the owner, Al does NOT care about the children. He ONLY cares about his money. I had for over 1 year the same issue with my child being in a dirty, FULL, diaper when I’d come to pick him up.. I’m not talking pee filed, he would be sitting in his poop for who knows how long.. I’ve complained for ONE YEAR and I kept getting apologetic answers saying they will be talking to those teachers but unfortunately this kept happening. It got to the point where there was POOP on my child’s leg and knee when I went to pick him up one day. Trying to potty train my 3 year old is hard, having this daycare put him in diapers without my knowing is beyond upsetting. Setting him back on his progress because it made their life easier.. I couldn’t give them any more chances so I pulled my son out this past week and even though they knew I was leaving - the Wednesday before, I picked him up and he was in a diaper which baffled me after I told them for the 10th time, no more diapers, but the cherry on top was the diaper was yet AGAIN FULL to the point where his pants were getting wet… shameful…… they only have good reviews because they BEG the parents to rate them 5 starts. There are so many better places to go. Trust me, spend your money somewhere else. Don’t send...
