Camino Villa Mobile Home Park/RV Park — Attraction in Pasadena

Want to charge for everything! Extra parking is $35 and rent increases by $25 every year ! No playground for kids ... management always driving around trying to see what people have so they can fine you !.... no lighting around the park and they claim to no not being responsible for anything that happens in the park but they are charging everybody $35 for a parking spaces that flood and is bumpy and they dont have any money to place camaras where all those cars park just in case someone crashes your vehicle...

Not a bad place to live. It is a trailer park with well kept grounds and pretty quiet. They do have strict rules and some fees that everyone doesn't agree with, but I rather have strict than just anyone on the property and so forth. It does have a pond in the back for fishing (more like a lake) it has bass, gar, catfish, tilapia and carp. Overall the rent is very reasonable and pretty decent...

I never thought about moving in a mobile home, but the staff there gave my husband and I a change of heart. We have falling in love with the place and staff, we look forward to Dec 1st. The staff is very helpful and kind. They took the time to help me with near by school info and has made our move pleasant instead of stressful.
