Buyer beware. Purchased a foil big # balloon and had helium put in, by the time we got to our vehicle we noticed the balloon had a hole in it. Not a problem went back they replaced the balloon and put helium again. My daughters professional birthday pictures were in League City by the time we got there the balloon was deflated. I was livid. They would not give us a refund even WITH the receipt. Then comes my daughters birthday party the next week I figured their balloons must be low quality so this time I purchased several balloons from party city and just had this place blow them up. They lasted not even an hour by the time we got to the party in Webster ALL the balloons were deflated. My husband and I were so embarrassed. Upset I spent money there not just on balloons but several decorations. I will never go there again and advise my friends and family to never go there. There's all kinds of random stuff for sale in here. The prices are pretty good. Most of it is under $2 but plenty is around $5 and some stuff is $20 or more. I like the craft section. They even have some jewelry charms and little paint canvases. You can get some really good deals sometimes.

Everything is usually clean and organized but some items are clearly very old and starting to turn faded and yellow from sitting on the shelf so long. It's a lot more organized than the Dollar Tree next door, but that's not saying much because that's easily the most disorganized Dollar Tree I've ever been in by a huge margin.

They charged me 9 items for $1.69, and I only had 6. I went back (because this wasn’t the first time and I was still in parking lot when I double checked) this was ON PURPOSE although the owner states it was by mistake, he will claim it’s the new digital screen which he “does not like” and that the 6 and the 9 are next to each other 😵‍💫- why didn’t he under charge me since the 3 is just above the the 6 as well 😐. It’s been 4 days and the credit back to my bank HAS STILL NOT POSTED 😒 It’s not even about the $5.00 but why burn yourself like this.
