Hang Ten Holiday Lights — Local services in Pasadena

DO NOT hire this company!! I am an event planner and had them out for an estimate for my clients home. "Jack" came for the bid, measured and said he would get back to me by next day with a quote. He never did. They have a $1000.00 minimum even if its a job of only $200.00. I had to call several times to see where the quote was. Then I got a text saying " we are going to have to pass this time' What is that suppose to mean? We were willing to pay the minimum. How unprofessional!! They did not even have the business grace to call in person. Horrible Place!! Not dependable, overpriced, and highly unprofessional!!

In response to your excuses below…. You could have picked up the phone like a professional and told me your reasons. But you didn’t. As Christmas Committee representative of an HOA in La Verne, CA, I’ve hired Hang Ten Holiday Lights to light the entryway of our housing development for six years. Jack and his team, especially Victor, always do an excellent job. I will definitely hire them again next year. The installation team is prompt, polite, efficient and their work is lovely. The lights always work all season with no outages and we get so many compliments on them. When it is time for the lights to come down, again, the Hang Ten crew is on-time and provides great service. Just had my lights installed and couldn’t be happier. From talking to Jack for a quote, which was a wonderful and stress free process, which he was incredibly detailed and helped navigate the design and my thoughts on what I wanted to do. We kept it simple this year but John and his coworker both were very friendly and patient as I figured out how having light installed vs. trying to do it myself.
