This place has really declined in terms of customer service. Mind you, I get that the workers here are unfortunately underpaid and aren't treated very nice by most others (be it customers or management), but it hurts me to say that they still lack professionalism regardless of who they interact with. I had to go inside to rectify an issue with my order. I asked for light sauce on my Pico De Gallo burger and they did not respect my wishes on light sauce at all. I had to politely request that it be remade and to skip the sauce entirely because I felt like I couldn't trust their judgement on what they considered light. They gave me an attitude when I asked for them to fix it. I don't typically get rowdy or belligerent with customer service workers (given that I am one myself, I understand the struggle entirely), but with how I was treated tonight, I felt very upset. It also doesn't help that I had to repeat myself at the drive-thru speaker multiple times. If you cannot hear me, please don't feel hesitant in asking that I repeat myself. I'll be more than happy to do so. Just... don't take your frustrations out on every customer that comes into the restaurant. It's disrespectful.
The only saving grace for this interaction was Joshua. Joshua was willing to listen to me with my issue and was very gracious with how he handled the situation. I do hope you get a promotion because you know how to problem solve and actually talk to people without getting mad. Thank you so...
Read moreThe reason I gave a two star review is quite simple, I ordered a trip-trip combo, whatasized, patty melt combo whatasized, chicken strip med. Before I left I checked the inside of the bag and notice the fries were upside down, I asked for a redo....so they DUMP fries from my bag BACK into the fry bin and mix it up.....strike one
First off I go all the way home and realize that there is no cheese on both burgers, a fry is missing, and the other fry is med sized only. I attempted to call the store but was abruptly hung up on when I asked for the manager.....strike two
So I go BACK up there and I ask to see the manager, was told the manager was not there on that day....funny how it was the GENERAL MANAGER that took my order the first time, I demanded to see the manager before I call corporate for all the knowledge I had on them, along with pictures and video, only THEN did the manager mysteriously teleport to the front to deal with the situation. Upon seeing that it was me she even attempted to say that I ordered it wrong and that I was there to cause trouble, I laid out the receipt and showed her everything they got wrong.... Strike three, I will NEVER go back to this place, and never spend my money on food that even my 4 year old can get correctly on the first go, if there is ANY corporate manager or higher then a general manager reading this, I would be most appreciated to speak with you directly.
Signed, Former whataburger employee, and very dissatisfied...
Read moreNovember 23rd 2:30am. Manager needs to FIRE EVERYONE on this shift. 3 of them were outside working on a car. Most specifically the girl with the nose ring.
She argued with me at the speaker to get me to come inside, even though my mobile order was specifically a drive through order. After that, she came to the window and asked me what my drink was, instead of just reading the order. Her and the other employee (that weren’t playing mechanics outside) were hooting and hollering and acting extremely unprofessionally.
My drink cup and lid were covered in soda dripping everywhere over my clothes and in my cars interior. She seemed like she couldn’t wait to get the window closed and didn’t have time for any of my requests. By this time I’m aggravated and just leave with the bag she hands me.
When I get home there are no fries that I paid extra to upgrade the size of, no ketchup, no picante sauce, my taquito has barely any egg or sausage, and no potatoes that I paid extra to add on.
The pieces of food that I did get were cold. There was no line and no sort of rush. Your terrible employees are ruining your business. Please do...
