People who are lactose-intolerant or have any problems drinking/eating milk or dairy products should not go to this place. I am lactose-intolerant and will be very sick if I drink milk. When I got there, I asked them what kind of milk they have that is not dairy milk, and they said they had coconut milk. I said OK, can I get a coffee with coconut milk in it? And they said no they cannot do that, and would not provide any explanation why it’s not possible. He said there were some coffee drinks that were made with creamer. I said can you check the label to see if the creamer has milk in it (because some creamers don't actually contain dairy). He checked it and said “this may have dairy in it” so that was not an option. Then I said what drinks do you have that don’t have dairy milk in them? And he gave a very fast explanation that was very confusing and ultimately did not result in me understanding what drinks don’t have milk. I said what about taro? He said no, that has milk in it. There was another one that was called “coconut milk” on the menu, and I said what about that one? And he said no, that one probably has milk in it too. Anyway it was very clear that there was nothing there that was safe for me to drink, so I paid $1.62 for bottled water because I needed a place to sit for a little while. So I will never go back to this place. It is not for anyone who can’t drink milk and there is absolutely no provision made for that at all. They will...
Read moreI loved coming here, it was my first time coming and the staff, Pamela, and Fabiola were both very professional. They kept the place clean while attending multiple people. The teamwork they showed was immaculate. They talk well to each other and to the customers. Fabiola was good when it came to recommendations, she was honest and straightforward when it came to being asked about the menu. Pamela also showed extremely good service, she provided more than what I expected. Both of them dressed really well and theyre pretty, which is good because they represent the company well. The setup of the place was well taken care of aswell, there was no mess or smell. Its kid friendly and the place shows a lot of color which keeps the vibe good and the kids entertained. I very much recommend. We got 4 different srinks and none of them were dissapointing. The music was a good entertainment and the reason that waiting wasnt bad. There was not much of...
Read moreI don’t know what this ladies problem was but she had a mean attitude with me and I didn’t even tell her anything, she was so rude that our first interaction I thought she was playing around. She was a bigger Hispanic lady with a hair net working at 8pm on 3/20. I asked her for an elote and straight up said “no” and didn’t even explain til I asked, then she tried to blame us for coming in so late that the kitchen was closed but I said online it said 10 then she said “no, even the ubereats people know that”, like I’m from here and should know that? I’m from out of town but came here every so often since the first day it opened, since I like the drinks and ice cream here. Even when we first walked in we weren’t greeted and she had some loud advertisements playing like a movie theatre, it felt like we had to yell just to each other and didn’t feel welcomed...
