STOP SCROLLING, STOP SEARCHING THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO SELL ANYTHING. I Came into the store at 5:30pm, 2 hours bus ride from east orange, to sell a broken iPhone 13 Pro Max… the site offers me 100$ and makes me make an order to bring the phone in. I brought the phone all the way over here for brown skin guy with glasses to tell me that we could only get 25$ out of it for “parts” but the phone is “locked and blacklisted” on his end, and I spoke to a tech savvy person and iPhone parts are way more then 25$ in total, I also tried speaking with a manager and he refused to talk to me or give me service for the phone after that. SO PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SAVE A TRIP! Wish I could put 0 starts it...

I gave this location a very low score being that I brought a brand new iPhone 13 and a series 6 watch (w/gps) to sell. Both items were in the original Apple packaging, security strip never opened, new seal. The best that “management” could do from what the rep advised was there base prices off their website. Much less than the re-sell market value. No negotiations accepted here at this location. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, GAS AND EFFORTS providing options of business to this vendor. Sell your items...

One of the worst places. The price they mention on website and you show them when in store is wrong. They refuse you. Very very bad customer service. They are very rude.
