Two weeks ago I bought two light fixtures for a medicine cabinet. Today, I went to exchange one of them to get a smaller size. The light was in perfect condition back in its original box with its receipt. The salesman took everything out of the box and mad a big mess and then called an old man with grey hair ( the owner) told him she wants to return that big mess. That old man yelled and called me a nasty woman when I heard that I froze I didn’t know what happen, I couldn’t believe it. I never experience anything like that. What kind of a man can insult a woman, sorry to call him a man he must be a wild animal and then they exchanged the light for a smaller size and refused to refund me the difference in price? Erik B. in the upstairs lighting showroom is who I've been going to for years now, and even if years have gone by since I last contacted him, he still somehow remembers who I am and it's practically like dealing with a friend. It's so old school and refreshingly different from the impersonal experience of buying online or at a big box store, say. Even if he's busy, he still patiently explains what items you need and takes care of your order with personal attention and responsiveness.

I discussed the issue with one of their employees, he advised to give it a try and if it didn't work just bring it back. Today I went back to return the switch, which I connected for approximately 1 minute and discovered that it did not resolve the issue. The switch was in perfect condition back in its original box with its receipt.
