Nouri's Jewelry — Attraction in Paterson

Use to be my favorite place to come but jewelry. Came to buy my son a cross and a chain. There was a gentleman and two ladies behind the counter. The gentleman was working with another customer and the ladies were busy doing other things so we waited. No one acknowledged us but they did see us and continued to empty the cases no one asked if they could help us or what we needed. After the gentleman was done with the lady he proceeded to start empty the cases behind him. Another customer behind me asked him if they were closed and he said yes we’re closing without looking up . We stood there for over 25 minutes waiting for some to help us and no one bothered to say to me or my son that they were closing and that they couldn’t help us. I looked at my watch and it was 520 when he announced they were closing. I understand that 530 Is closing but someone should have acknowledged us when we arrived and either helped us or explained that they were closing. We arrived before 5 pm so we should not have been ignored but I guess that’s the type of customer service they offer.
