I usually, don't leave bad reviews unless I experience an awful service or product. We came here yesterday. We were driving back from Atlantic City going home to New England and we wanted to stop by at this place. The place is very nice and they have wonderful products but as soon as we came in they seemed shocked to see customers walking in, I kept watching my wife & sister ordering from the guy behind the counter and one woman. The women were okay and kind but man oh man let me tell you about this man, he was so miserable and he seemed like he doesn't want us to be there(so why do you have your doors ooen?) he kept rushing them after every item they ordered he kept saying, in a loud tone almost like yelling, "anything else?" "anything else?" like come on we were the only ones in the store beside one person who walked in after and I told him to take care of him first because we're still adding to our basket. He even started to ask more if we needed anything else. Not once did he crack a smile either. I couldn't take it so I had to say it to his face: "Are you the owner?" I wished he had said no because it would have explain a bit, although it's not okay no matter who he is. The shocking answer was yes, so I told him in Arabic ليش خلقك ضيق هيك؟ "Why do you have such an attitude? We came out of our way to shop at your establishment you should be way more hospitable." I have never experienced bad service from an owner like this man. If you can't handle/deal with your customers you should look for a different career path. Btw the 2 stars is for the products and it's...
Read moreI often came across Facebook advertisements for this nut store, and during my visit to New Jersey, I couldn’t resist, checking it out in person. Upon arrival, I approach the young lady and requested a sample of their watermelon seeds. As she handed them to me, a few seats accidentally fell to the ground. A fellow employee gave me a disapproving look and said, “Madam, please don’t discard seeds on the floor.” I explained that they had fallen while she was handing them to me, but there was no apology, and he continued with his tasks. Despite the initial rudeness, I brushed it off and proceeded to sample their mixed nuts. Everything I tasted, seemed acceptable, so I asked for a variety totaling around $250. I observed the lady filling the bags from various containers, which didn’t raise any concerns at the time. However, when I returned home and tried the watermelon seeds, as well as the mixed nuts, I was disappointed to find that everything I had purchased, except for the pumpkin seeds, tasted stale and dry. It became apparent that the quality in the containers on the top shelves differed significantly from what was inside the bags. I reached out to the owner, to share my experience, with no intention of seeking a refund, but simply to bring this issue to their attention. However, the owner kept insisting that everything was fresh and showed no interest in considering my feedback...
