I usually, don't leave bad reviews unless I experience an awful service or product. We came here yesterday. We were driving back from Atlantic City going home to New England and we wanted to stop by at this place. The place is very nice and they have wonderful products but as soon as we came in they seemed shocked to see customers walking in, I kept watching my wife & sister ordering from the guy behind the counter and one woman. The women were okay and kind but man oh man let me tell you about this man, he was so miserable and he seemed like he doesn't want us to be there(so why do you have your doors ooen?) he kept rushing them after every item they ordered he kept saying, in a loud tone almost like yelling, "anything else?" "anything else?" like come on we were the only ones in the store beside one person who walked in after and I told him to take care of him first because we're still adding to our basket. He even started to ask more if we needed anything else. Not once did he crack a smile either. I couldn't take it so I had to say it to his face: "Are you the owner?" I wished he had said no because it would have explain a bit, although it's not okay no matter who he is. The shocking answer was yes, so I told him in Arabic ليش خلقك ضيق هيك؟ "Why do you have such an attitude? We came out of our way to shop at your establishment you should be way more hospitable." I have never experienced bad service from an owner like this man. If you can't handle/deal with your customers you should look for a different career path. Btw the 2 stars is for the products and it's quality only.

Huge selection of Turkish desserts, nuts and candies! They also carry Mediterranean spices and tea. Very clean place! Staff were not so friendly and initially it didn’t feel much welcoming as mentioned in other reviews! However, the manager gave us some Turkish delight for free which was really sweet! He took the time to put multiple items in boxes in different combinations. But there were items that we didn’t ask for and the ones we asked for were only a few pieces. They should make sure they get the order right as it’s not cheap to get these by pounds and then find out after coming home it’s not what we asked for. They close the box with scotch tape so it’s rude for us to open and cross check as they cut them into pieces. Taking one star off because of the wrong items. Will recommend friends and family to check them out!

Nice definitely a nice place!! Firstly it’s got Arabian or Egyptian /Persian or Turkish style sweets and dry fruits plus a good coffee! I have also bought Turkish style vase and tea pot sets that was perfect! I have also purchased sweets from here assorted ones that have dry fruit in them so I will taste each one of them and post pictures of the best one as per my choice But the store is decent and huge ! The cash counters are full of Iranian guys speaking in their beautiful language ! It’s located within Patterson plaza Good place for nuts, chocolates with dates and dry fruits and coffee!! Contact number shared in the image below. I will share the picture of tea pots and saucers with vase very soon below!!!!

I often came across Facebook advertisements for this nut store, and during my visit to New Jersey, I couldn’t resist, checking it out in person. Upon arrival, I approach the young lady and requested a sample of their watermelon seeds. As she handed them to me, a few seats accidentally fell to the ground. A fellow employee gave me a disapproving look and said, “Madam, please don’t discard seeds on the floor.” I explained that they had fallen while she was handing them to me, but there was no apology, and he continued with his tasks. Despite the initial rudeness, I brushed it off and proceeded to sample their mixed nuts. Everything I tasted, seemed acceptable, so I asked for a variety totaling around $250. I observed the lady filling the bags from various containers, which didn’t raise any concerns at the time. However, when I returned home and tried the watermelon seeds, as well as the mixed nuts, I was disappointed to find that everything I had purchased, except for the pumpkin seeds, tasted stale and dry. It became apparent that the quality in the containers on the top shelves differed significantly from what was inside the bags. I reached out to the owner, to share my experience, with no intention of seeking a refund, but simply to bring this issue to their attention. However, the owner kept insisting that everything was fresh and showed no interest in considering my feedback...

Nut House is truly a hidden gem for anyone who loves quality dry fruits, nuts, and gourmet treats. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted by shelves filled with an impressive variety — from classic almonds, pistachios, and walnuts to more unique offerings like chocolate-covered nuts and an assortment of colorful candies.

What makes this store stand out is the thoughtful selection tailored for Mediterranean cuisine. They stock freshly ground spices that bring authentic flavors to home-cooked meals, and their gift-wrapped chocolates are perfect for special occasions or as thoughtful presents.

The quality is excellent and everything looks and tastes fresh. The staff is friendly and always willing to help you pick something special or explain the uses of different spices. Whether you’re shopping for yourself, planning to cook Mediterranean dishes, or looking for a beautiful edible gift, Nut House has something for everyone. It also houses Arabic/ Egyptian coffee and various thermos.

Highly...
