Ethan Allen — Attraction in Peachtree City

We were paralyzed by uncertainty as we started down this path of furnishing our large open concept floor plan. We had several concerns: . We'd seen some terrible reviews of other furniture stores. . We had never worked with a designer before; would we feel comfortable using one. . Would they get "our style", especially since we were pretty inept at knowing it and expressing it ourselves. . Would they stay within our budget. . It was the middle of the Covid 19 Pandemic and we had already experienced difficulties getting a washer and dryer. How long might we have to wait for our items? What if we never got them at all? Then we went to ETHAN ALLEN and there we met Jena. She soon made us feel comfortable with the whole process. She measured our spaces, listened intently as we feebly tried to express our desires and soon was showing us a beautiful online 3D model of what it would look like. She had nailed "our style"; it was better than we could have ever hoped for. She structured each area with beautiful quality furniture. I wanted some of my pieces to have a rustic finish to them and she chose some perfect ones for our spaces from EA's extensive line up. She fleshed her design out with area rugs, pillows, pictures, window coverings and most of all beautiful color that came from the fabrics that she chose for our items. The end result showed a warm and welcoming environment where each area had its own distinctive character but flowed together cohesively. She designed a perfect space for us, not too formal, just right. Jena is a very talented designer and if that weren't enough she did all that and came under budget too. We have been very happy with her work and hope she'll be able to help us again soon. This time with our master bedroom.

As to our concerns over the timeliness of our receiving our beautiful things during the Cover 19 Pandemic; as of this date we have received about 3/4ths of our order (we had a large order). Most items arrived very close to their original expected delivery date even though we were informed by EA to be expectant that there could be delays. When there has been a delay on an item it has been minimal. EA does not store your items and then deliver when the order is complete, rather they bring your items as they come in. We've had several deliveries by now and they have all gone smoothly. Their delivery department is very friendly and helpful, they always will work with you in setting a good time to deliver to you, they keep you well informed, they treat your new babies with care and they have always been prompt. I’ve looked for over a year for a certain couch and matching L shape couch in leather. Personally we like upholstery better, but with three dogs, we’d have to clean the couch very often and buy a new on in three years. So we saw a style that perfectly matched what we were looking for. Finishing touches superb, highest quality leather. If we had to do the measuring and ordering on our own, we would have bought more then needed.

Inge from the Peachtree City store came by several times and convinced me she really ordered the right amount of pieces. After delivery, everything looked just like we wanted.

Ethan Allen offers great service. Not once did she try to sell me coffee and end tables, although I needed new ones as well. She offered some advice about lighting and colors to add.
