IHOP — Restaurant in Peachtree City

Me and my friends come here every Thursday night from 4-close and we play DND (dungeons and dragons) which happens to be a game of imagination, we are saved the same spot every time , we are immediately greeted with an actual smile instead of forced , they don't bother us during our game , and they are super helpful if we ever need assistance during such as refills or more coffee and they always ask (after we have already ate and had the table cleared) ask if we want or need anything else to make sure we are still ok . Very friendly staff and I've never had any issues with anyone. I've even had a cook go out his way to satisfy what I wanted , I had ordered the salmon and I wanted it blackened and they don't do that there but he went out of his way to try to make it blackened for me as best as he could with what he had to use , which I greatly appreciated more than I could say , wish I could have said thank you face to face but I hope he knows I won't forget that experience and I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this specific IHOP to anyone who asks ! Also unlike other IHOP restaurants I've been to , this location is by farrrrr the cleanest I've been to and I'm very pleased to continue to come here every Thursday for game night with friends and continue to eat good food around good people!! We went in on a Saturday night around 11:30. It wasn’t busy, but service was so slow. Some young woman named Samantha came over and slammed down a pot of coffee as she announced that she was about to get off. Eventually we ordered the strawberry and banana pancakes with sausage. The sausage was pretty good and flavorful, but the strawberries on the pancakes were squishy and tinny tasting. The bananas were fine, though. Here is where things get hairy- literally hairy. One of the members in our party had a sizable hair ( about five inches) in her pancake. Tammy, a longtime employee at the establishment, offered to take it off our order. She also apologized, and we ordered them again. I do understand that this is a bargain establishment, but it’s a chain that should actually be doing better. I want to be sure to express my thanks to Tammy as she is consistently professional. I’ve only met Samantha once. She slammed the coffee pot down when we initially came in and again on her way out. We asked for a refill. The reason I gave two stars is because of the strange tasting strawberries( I suspect they were frozen and expired) and the hair in the food. The hair in the food seems to be a recurring problem. They should have corrected that by now based on previous reviews. Finally, the inspection report was blank with no posted score. I ordered for curbside pickup for a small order. The order had one bowl and a milkshake. I waited in the curbside parking for an hour after calling to tell them I was there. I called a second time to see how much longer it would take and no one answered. I then came into the store and kindly asked for my order but it wasn’t even finished being made. After over an hour!! In this time period, I’ve seen people come and go with orders all after I was parked. I am extremely disappointed...and hungry. When it was way over an hour, I called one last time to see how long it might take. (Mind you, it was RIGHT after i went in to see if my order was ready and they said it’s still being made). Once I called , I asked if my order was ready and they said it has BEEN ready. Then I had to ask them to take it out even though it was CURBSIDE.
