Horrible customer service. Ordered same day delivery through their website — same day delivery AS ADVERTISED (there were no dates blocked for the day I chose) and within an hour I receive an email letting me know my order was refunded. I thought, that’s weird I didn’t get a notification or a phone call letting me know my order was canceled. Then I thought they must have charged my card twice. So I checked my credit card account and only saw the one charge. I wait 5 minutes to see if anyone would call me, nothing. I called and explain the situation to the gentleman that picked up and he says “Yeah because we are not making any deliveries today (Saturday) or tomorrow (Mother’s Day) so we refunded you.” I said “Oh okay, i just didn’t receive an email or phone call letting me know WHY it was being canceled”. His response “Ok”. Me: “so when is the next delivery? Him: “Monday”
NO apology, no communication, lack of customer service. He could have easily called and said “we can’t make a delivery until Monday, is that okay?”

Read moreI called this place on the morning of May 9 to place an order to be picked up the same person that answered the phone a guy can really catch his name it’s the same person who answers the phone says go online and place your order there I said OK hung up the phone went online placed an order $90! 07 hours later still no email saying that they got the order no phone call we’ve got your order or anything like that I’m calling no answer then I send my husband to see what was going on or to pick them up because I said to be picked up today on the order that was placed and the same guy who answered the phone says I cancel that order this morning no one called me no one emailed me and now we’re talking more than 24 hours later as of right now still no email still no phone call NOTHING!!! But my credit card was charged $90 Not sure where they get their 4.8 stars from and may be they just can’t handle the stressful situation that’s going on right now with a lot of flower places being closed but definitely...
Read moreWhat a fabulous florist find! I live in Northern Michigan and wanted to send a birthday bouquet to a friend in the Pembroke Pines area. I found J&J doing a Google search. My expectations were low as they are for all florists. Not finding what I wanted pictured on their site I called the shop and talked to who I believe was the owner’s husband. He listened patiently, said he had a good idea of what I wanted, and that he would text a photo of what they designed. Sure enough I got a photo the next day and while it was beautiful, it wasn’t what I had in mind. We texted back and forth and they redid it at no charge! It was spectacular - a medium sized English bouquet with all white flowers. J&J is a high touch florist who goes above and beyond in the name of customer service. They even texted me to confirm delivery had been made. The birthday girl recipient was thrilled.
