Within just a look at some phones was not planning on buying one yet. Couple of employees seemed annoyed that I wasn't buying anything. I asked one question and two of them circled me like vultures. The stood there on the other side of the phones from me watching me like a hawk waiting to pounce if I decided to buy a phone or he was waiting to see if I was going to steal a phone which would not be an easy task plus I'm not a thief anyway not that he knows that but still back up and get away from me and let me look. If I need you I will call you. You'd think that they were white and I'm black which I am, but they were all black also so I don't know what was going on there. Talk about feeling uncomfortable and unwelcomed....

She embarrassed me in front of seven other people by speaking very loudly and when I asked her to lower her voice, she stated I’m not talking loud to you and I’m not waiting on you anymore. She then went to the middle of the store and ask in a loud voice , to the seven people there, “Did anyone hear me speak loud to her”? This was so embarrassing and humiliating. My phone was still under warranty and she wouldn’t even listen to me, all she keep saying was this model is five years old and you need to buy a new phone. I will never go back to that...
Read moreVisited to get a new SIM card for my roommate. Experience was pleasant and quick. After dropping it off, it was quickly realized her sister’s number had been attached to the card. Calling ahead to alert the store of the problem and that someone was coming to resolve it, the lady was insistent the issue was none of their own and I must have given the wrong number. Even lying about our interaction stating I had said to put the main number on the account(which was her mother’s btw). Apparently our friend who went in the second time had a much nastier welcome. While I don’t have her sister’s number to have given, this whole thing could’ve been avoided with some accountability....
