Steger's Furniture & Mattress — Attraction in Peoria

I went to Steger's Furniture in Peoria today to purchase a new recliner. My salesman was, Ryan Widmer. Ryan was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. I was very pleased with him Ryan and all his help. I definitely give him 5 Stars. I've made other purchases at the Peoria Stegers Furniture, and have always been very happy with them. We went to Stegers Furniture in Peoria and was greeted by Kyle, a salesman we'll never forget. He was the best salesman I truly believe we've ever had anywhere!! We were looking for a Tempur Pedic bed. We explained our back issues and Kyle was very helpful finding us the mattress we absolutely Love. It is the queen Tempur Pro Breeze. It is the absolute most comfortable mattress we've ever had! We both sleep so good at night and feel completely rested when we get up in the mornings! We also purchased the Tempur Ergo Foundation, which is awesome. It has all the best functions on the remote that we Love. I can't begin to say enough good about Kyle and our experience at Stegers! On our way to make our purchase, I .needed to sit down for a minute, and I sat on a sofa that was so comfy and beautiful! I told my husband to sit down on this sofa. He did, and he loved it! I loved everything about it, and naturally the matching chair was there and I sat on it as well. And Kyle told us everything we wanted to know about it. Guess what!? BINGO! We not only purchased the Tempur Pro Mattress, and the Tempur Ergo Foundation, and a wonderful Cooling Mattress Cover, we also purchased the Sofa and Chair!! We couldn't be happier with our shopping experience and our wonderful salesman Kyle, at Stegers. Thank you so much. On Jan 17th 2024 I was greeted by April V. at Steger’s furniture, at the Peoria IL location. Polite and profession, she was able to assist in the purchasing of the Winners Only Mango cocktail and side tables. She answered all my questions, wasn’t following me around , but did check on me several times during my selection process. Reviewed my order, explained the pick process and location. On Feb 23rd, I was able to pick my order from the Steger’s warehouse located in N pekin. The warehouse agents were friendly and polite. Once home with my purchase, putting the cocktail table together, I noticed a manufacture defect on one of the legs. I contacted April and immediately she set up an appointment for an exchange. No questioned asked the following Tuesday, i returned the defective table to the warehouse. The warehouse crew had a ready assembled the new cocktail table. In the overall experience, I wasn’t rushed, or hounded at the store. April and the warehouse crew attended my wants and consideration, along with no hassle exchange on a manufacturing defect. So glad we chose Steger’s Furniture when looking for our new living room couch and chairs. The minute we walked in the door we were greeted by a friendly store employee who introduced us to Lead Sales Consultant, April VanDeVoorde. She explained the layout of the store and where we might find the style of furniture we were looking for. She also gave us the option of having her join us while we browsed or just browsing on our own. We found just what we wanted, and April efficiently gave us quotes in regards to paying cash or financing. We decided to return home and think things over. April called us later that afternoon to see if we had any further questions. We made the decision to purchase and April took care of our payment over the phone.
