I must say, if you are looking for a gym, a place to tan, kickboxing or to get your yoga in then winks iron lot is the place to go! It took me 2 times coming here as a non member to decide I wanted to be a part of their family! Which brings me to my point, there have been a lot of people I have seen in and out of here and you would never know it was just customers coming here because everyone treats you like family! I have some of the biggest self confidence issues with being a plus size woman and I have had bad experiences at other places. This place make me feel comfortable, it makes me feel welcome and apart of them and I have only been here a short time! It was intimidating at first but when I say that this gym is sooo NON judgemental I mean that! I would have never joined if I had even the slightest feeling of uncomfortability. Best gym in Peoria! The owners are the most committed people I’ve meet to providing a gym that focuses on everyone. The new updated location has everything! I was intimidated to go for the first time but Betty showed me around and has the upmost respect for everyone. Joe the first I went to the gym and he was there had me jump in and workout with him. It has nothing to do with my involvement, walking into this gym and feeling the positive energy that radiates off every single person there has changed my life.
