River Plaza — Attraction in Petaluma

Then, as now, it was anchored by an Exchange Bank and a Grocery Outlet with smaller shops for brews, dining, hair parlor, phones, a Domino's, Baskin Robbins, Dollar Tree, etc. Located in the heart of downtown, I shop there often. Love Petaluma! Some good antique stores there, although expensive. Good food too. They have a great Christmas store year round too! The streets are very walkable and they have beautiful old buildings, some very ornate. Some look victorian, but I'm not quite sure. I never get tired of Petaluma, but certainly don't go...

We mainly go here because we love Brewsters but I can never resist snapping a photo of the old feed mill. Downtown has a chill vibe with lots of restaurants to choose from. We've had some great times down there. After eating you can take a walk along the river and digest some of the great food and great beer to be had...
