I had been with MetroPCS for years. I liked that it was cheap, and whenever my phone broke it was always relatively inexpensive to just buy a new one. Fast forward to this past May, I went into the store because I needed a new phone. Lady inside seemed super helpful. Paid almost $300 to set everything up. Not even a month later the brand new phone won’t charge, keeps saying the USB port has moisture. Phone was never in any water or got wet in any way. Go in once again to see if they could possibly give me a new one since it basically is a brand new phone, lady behind the counter tells me there is nothing they can do. Doesn’t even try to be helpful in any way. Needless to say I am now at Verizon. Their customer service was excellent and will even provide me with a new phone if it is damaged in ANY way. Avoid the stress and save money now by leaving this company, I can’t tell you how much money I would’ve saved had I just switched earlier. I received an iPhone and and Apple Watch for a total of $90, and while my monthly bill will be higher I would rather be with a company who provides amazing customer service than to ever deal with Metro ever again.

Read moreI am standing outside of the store now I tried to ask a question about an insurance claim on a Wi-Fi box that I had been here for Friday and a different employee help me with it and the lady here now simply dismissed anything I was saying and told me to call 611 on my phone when I was trying to ask her if she could help me She just kept repeating that she did not file the claim I said I know it was someone else, but I did it here in this location and she just continue to tell me to call 611, so what’s the point of even coming to a storefront And I have come to the storefront many times it’s upsetting that the quality is going down because of the employees and I would like and I’m still going to try to reach out or someone who can actually help me
Before leaving, I did say I wish you could’ve provided better customer service, and she did nothing and said nothing to try and actually make me feel hurt to help at all
And I live about 20 minutes out of town so I had to put my 11 month old in my car seat and drive all the way here and wait for her to help another customer just for her to tell me to call 7-Eleven because she was not the person who helped me last time I was here She did not ask me for a phone number.
