As a tax payer I am very disappointed.. I came on a Saturday, February 8th.. for the hours of 9am 1pm.. I got off work early from down town center city to this office to get my taxes done .. I got there at 12:30pm sharp . Parking lot was empty only few cars there plus employees cars. I goes to the front entrance to push the bell to buzz in.. a guy answered asking what do I need.. I am said I am here to get my taxes done.. he says sorry we are full and we not taken any more people. But here the thing the flyer says 9am-1pm not 9am-12:30 pm. I got there at 12:30 pm sharp .The service is free and y’all need to keep yall word on the hours of services. People travel far to come get the taxes done .. and people be referring this location.. and it’s giving a bad reputation of service. They don’t never answer the front desk phone and be sitting...

As A LANDLORD THIS HAS BECOME ONE OF THE WORST ORGANIZATIONS TO DEAL WITH. They have shorted my payment portion month after month. I have left emails and messages for the supervisor regarding this and have been completely ignored. Apparently there's been quite an employee turnover and the place seems to have fallen apart within the last few months Someone made a big clerical error there recently and they are expecting me to absorb the cost. Look I can't say bad thing about who treat bad or good to who. Because people who work in this facility can have bad days and goods days like we all do I mean they are humans like all of us.. all I want to do is try to sight up. for a ged this week with out getting into or having a hard time if that happent al just come back another day When no one is moody.
